This two-day tour takes you on a journey to explore the nomadic way of life in Kyrgyzstan. The tour begins with a visit to the Burana Complex, where you can see the historic Burana Tower and open-air archaeological museum. Next, we'll travel to the picturesque Song Kul Lake, where you'll get the opportunity to experience the unique lifestyle of local nomads. You'll meet shepherds, try traditional food, and enjoy the beautiful starry sky at night. This tour is a perfect opportunity to immerse yourself in the cultural and historical richness of Kyrgyzstan, all while enjoying the stunning natural scenery.
Day 1: Burana Tower and Arrival at Song Kul Lake We will depart early in the morning from Bishkek to begin our journey to Song Kul Lake. On the way, we will make a stop at the historic Burana Tower and open-air historical and archaeological museum. After the visit, we will stop for lunch at the Food Zone or a local house in Kochkor. Later in the evening, we will arrive at Song Kul Lake and check-in to the yurt camp. We will enjoy dinner at the yurt camp and later marvel at the stunning starry sky at night.
Day 2: Free Time and Departure to Bishkek After breakfast at the yurt camp, you will have free time to explore the beautiful surroundings of Song Kul Lake. Take a leisurely walk around the lake, go horse riding, or embark on an easy hike. You can also simply relax and take in the stunning natural scenery. At 14:30, we will depart from Song Kul Lake and make our way back to Bishkek.
