Day 1: Самарканд, Узбекистан
Our driver will meet you in your hotel and transfer to Uzbekistan - Tajikistan border (Jartepaborder crossing) Border formalities and meet your Tajik guide/driver transfer to the famous seven lakes. The Seven Lakes, locally called “Haft Kul,” are seven stunning mountain lakes located in the Fann Mountains near Panjakent. Each lake has a different color and character, changing with the sunlight and seasons. The lakes lie along a single valley, gradually rising in altitude, and are surrounded by dramatic mountains and small traditional villages. If you prefer to hike, you can have an easy hike at the lakes and have a Picnic at the lake 7 (Hazorchashma) After the trip drop off at the border. Crossing BP "Jartepa" to Uzbekistan (takes about 15 min-40 min), meet the driver at Uzbek side of the border and drive to the Samarkand
