Day 1: Dushanbe to Kulob

Day 2: Kulob to Rushon
Kalaykum - Jizev (trek) 210 km 6-7 hours Bartang valley 7 km (2-3 hours) trek to Jizev village. Accommodation: Homestay Gulsha 15$ HB
Day 3: Rushon to Khorugh
Jizev - Khorog 240 km 6-7 hours Khorog is the small town center of GBAO Accommodation: Guesthouse Tat Mirzo 15$ HB or Lal Inn Hotel 20-60$ B&B
Day 4: Khorugh to Ishqoshim
Khorog - Ishkashim 110 km 4-5 hours Via Garmshachma Accommodation: Gesthouse Ren
Day 5: Ishqoshim
Ishkashim - Langar 130 km 6-7 hours Kaakhkakha Fort. Yamchun Fort. Bibi Fatima. Buddhist Stupa etc. Accommodation: Guesthouse Misha 15$ HB
Day 6: Ishqoshim to Murghob
Langar - Alichur 175 km 7-9 hours In the morning 1 hour hike to Petroglyphs and Ratm Fortress and pass Hargush trekking for 3 hours to see the Panorama Hargush 4800 m. lunch box for picnic, further you will see a very beautiful lake on the Eastern Pamirs Bulunkul and Yashilkul 20 min walk on the shore of the lake and back to Bulunkul across the road Geyser. Day 7: Murghob
Alichor - Murghab 175 km 6-7 hours Yak Riding 1 hour (10$) Petroglyph (Shahta) and Old Observatory Accommodation: Pamir Hotel
Day 8: Murghob to Osh
Murghab - Tulpar Kul 285 km 6-7 hours (Borders Control) TJ-KG In the morning after breakfast you will see Kokart there you will see the solo calendar and Ak Baital pass 4655 m. Karakul Lake then cross the Kyzylart pass and cross the Tajik customs and the Kyrgyz customs and then lunch the village of Sarytash after lunch you will go to the village of Sarymogol and then the little lake Tulparkul 2 km. to (Base Camp of Lenin Peak) Accommodation: CBT Yurt Camp 15$ HB
Day 9: Osh
Tulparkul – Osh 240 km 5-6 hours In the morning after breakfast 8 km trek to the Lenin peak side for 2-3 hours. Then you continue your way to Osh. lunch on the way. Accommodation: Hotel Sunrise B&B 20-50$
