Day 1: Samarkand, Uzbekistan to Pastdargom District, Uzbekistan
What awaits you Plov master class The day will start with a visit to a typical Samarkand market, where we will buy meat, rice and spices for plov together with a guide. Guide will tell you about the intricacies of choosing ingredients and help you find delicious souvenirs. Then you will go to the suburbs of Samarkand, to the kishlak (dacha village) Terakzor, where a local family will be waiting for you. Under the guidance of the owner of the house, you will cook the Uzbek plov, participating in all stages. After "work", of course, at the table! In addition to cooked plov, homemade gilmindi will be waiting for you - a national delicacy made from lavash and milk. Take a look at the real Uzbekistan A master class in the village will allow you to see the life of the inhabitants as it is. Only in this way you will see how bread is baked in the tandoor, get acquainted with the structure of ther house. While dining, you will learn more about the gastronomic traditions of the Uzbeks, about the tea ceremony and about the life of one big hospitable family. The tour is organized every day.
