The Seven Lakes are located in the west of Fann mountains; each of them has its own colour which varies from calming turquoise to mesmerizing purple.
SMALL GROUP TOUR Panjakent – Seven balles Our guide meet you after passing through passport control from both side we drive to the Seven lakes but on the way we visit SARAZM settlement (UNESCO world heritage.) and local bazaar - Haf Kul-seven lakes of different colors in mountains of Tajikistan. „Seven Lakes“(1. “Mijgon“, 2. “Soya“, 3. “Hushyor“, 4. “Nofin“(2139m above sea) (5. “Hurdak“, 6. “Marguzor“, 7. „Hazorchashma“(2400 m above Sea) 3km, ca. 1, 5 hours. 7. Hazorchashma lakes (2400m a.s.l.). In Marguzor you will rest a little and then you can start the trek from 6th lake (optional) Marguzor towards the 7th lake called Khazorchashma, which means thousands of springs. (2400 m above Sea) 6km, ca. 3 hours (round trip). On the way we will see the authentic village of Padrud, the smallest lake Khurdak and one of the most beautiful lakes Marguzor. Picnic near the lakes. Drive to Panjakent and visit: •Museum of Rudaki – As Panjakent is a birthplace of Abu Abdallah Rudaki, considered by many to bethe father of Persian Poetry. •Ancient Penjikent - ruins of old Sogdian town founded in 5th century and abandoned in the 8thcentury by Arabs. Foundations of houses, a citadel with a couple of Zoroastrian fire temples and city bazaar are visible in the excavated ruins. Transfer to the border. End of the tour.
