Shymbulak is a ski resort near Almaty. It is the largest ski resort in Central Asia. It is located in the upper part of the Medeu Valley in the Zailiisky Alatau mountain range, at an elevation of 2,200 metres (7,200 ft) above sea level. The resort area is about 25 kilometres (16 mi) south of Almaty city by Medeo road. It is popular for its mild climate, large quantity of sunny days and great amount of snow through the winter (from November till May).
Day-by-day itinerary
Day 1: Shymbulak, Almaty, Kazakhstan to Talgar Route, Talgar, Kazakhstan
Day 1 – June 14 Meeting at the airport and transfer to the hotel in Almaty. Please book a 4 star hotel. 🟢 Transfer 6.700 for 1 passenger After refreshment, transfer to Medeo, from where by cable car to the Shymbulak resort and Talgar Pass at an altitude of 3200 m. Day 2: Lake Issyk, Kazakhstan to Asy plateau, Batan, Kazakhstan
We will start our tour and first visit Lake Issyk, have lunch at a trout farm and go to the waterfall and Assy Plateau, have dinner and *spend the night in glamping. The Lake Issyk also known as Issyk Lake (Kazakh: Есік көлі, Esık kölı) is a lake in Kazakhstan fed by the Issyk River. Day 5: Green Bazaar, Almaty, Kazakhstan to LOTTE Rakhat Candy Factory, Almaty, Kazakhstan
Lunch at the restaurant.
