Known as the “Door to Hell,” this fiery crater has been blazing for over half a century, illuminating the Karakum Desert with an intense and mesmerizing glow. -Arrive at Darvaza, admire the “Gates of Hell” and enjoy a traditional dinner “gazanlama” near the glowing crater. -Overnight stay in a yurt camp under the desert stars.

Enjoy the sunrise at the crater. -Drive to Kunya Urgench (approx. 4 hrs) -Arrive to Dashoguz and have lunch in local cafe. -Visit the Koneurgench, the ancient capital of Khorezm (UNESCO 2005). Explore historical landmarksa such as the mausoleums of II Arslan, Soltan Tekesh, Nejmeddin Kubra, Soltan Ali and Turabek-Khanum Mausoleum. Do not miss the Kutlug Timur Minaret. -Transfer to Shavaat border crossing to Bukhara in Uzbekistan, commonly used by travellers continuing their Central Asia trip.
