Day-by-day itinerary
Day 1: Ulgii, Ölgii, Mongolia to Shar Nuur, Mongolia
Arrival in Ulgii we will have lunch at restaurant in Ulgii and drive to Kazakh eagle hunter’s family, who live in Shar Nuur about 30km. We will visit to Kazakh nomadic family, experience their great hospitality, and see the eagle hunter’s magnificent bird. The Mongolian Kazakhs use for hunting female eagles as far they are bigger than male once and more aggressive. These eagles are trained to hunt foxes, wolves, rabbit and wild cat. /50kms/ Stay at nomad’s ger. /L,D/
Day 2: Shar Nuur, Mongolia
Today is Eagle hunting day. You will have another experience horse riding. We will ride a horse and go to Altay mountain to hunt for animals with Golden eagle. In this place possible to see the Ibex /wild goat/ and Argali sheep /wild sheep/. /if you don’t want to ride a horse than we can drive by car during hunting/. Horse riding will be about 3-4 hours per day. We drive to Friendship hill to see panorama view of Ulgii city. On the day 3 evening, we will drive back to Ulgii. /stay at Nomad's ger /BLD/
Day 3: Shar Nuur, Mongolia
Afyer having breakfast we will leave for hunting again with Golden eagle on horseback. In the evening, we will drive back to Ulgii. Stay at local hotel /BLD/
Day 4: Ulgii, Ölgii, Mongolia to Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia
Today you will leave to UB. Our driver will drive you to Ulgii aiport and fly to UB. /B/
