Day-by-day itinerary
Day 1: Ulaanbaatar to Gorkhi Terelj National Park, Улаанбаатар, Mongolia
- 08:30 AM – Pick up from your hotel in Ulaanbaatar. Drive to the Genghis Khan Statue Complex, the world’s largest equestrian statue. Explore the complex and enjoy panoramic views from the top of the statue. Lunch at a local restaurant. Visit Turtle Rock, a unique natural formation resembling a turtle. Continue to Aryapala Meditation Temple, surrounded by dramatic rock formations and scenic mountain landscapes. Optional opportunity for a short horseback riding experience (additional cost may apply). Return to Ulaanbaatar and transfer to your hotel, arriving at approximately 6:30 PM.
