This tour gives an opportunity to immerse for 3 days to the atmosphere of the wild and absolutely untouched nature of the Northern Tien Shan.
On the way to the Kensu gorge, along which the road to the valley of 100 lakes lies, we will move through the bottom of the ancient sea (Syugatinsky valley), overcome the Kokpek and Alas passes, see the amazing volcanic mountains Toraigyr (wild stallion in kazakh) and Boguty, and also stop for a snack at canyon Kurtogay (Black Rocks).
When we will reach the river Kensu, we will continue to move along the fantastic gorge of the same name. At an altitude of 1700-2500 meters above sea level, a zone of dense spruce forest begins with cozy meadows near a mountain river, where we will spend the night (we provide all camping equipment).
On the second day we will need to wake up early and continue our journey up to the valley of a 100 moraine lakes at an altitude of 3200 m above sea level. There we will hike to a mountain jumper with an altitude of 3600 m above sea level (special training is not required). From the top of the peak we can see directly all the moraine lakes, as well as Lake Issyk-Kul and the highest peaks of Tien Shan, including the "Lord of the sky" - Khan Tengri peak, Pobeda peak, Bayankol, etc.
On the third day the road leads us back home. As a final impressment we will visit the unique and beautiful Bestobe reservoir, where we will stop for a snack and taking pics.
The fisrt day will be the as a preparation for high attitude.We will stay overnight in the green forest at the atiitude of just 2400 meters above the sea level
On the second day we will sea the pearl of the tour - The Valley of 100 Lakes. Get ready to hike a little bit :)
On the way back home we will visit the unique Bestobe reservoir
This tour can be customized. The price includes staying overnight in a camp. If you would like to stay in a guest house/hotel we will make reservation, but you will have to pay for it by yourself.
