Day-by-day itinerary
Day 1: Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan to Chon-Kemin, Kyrgyzstan
Transportation Bishkek - Kanorchek - Kok Moinok - Chon Kemin (210 km 5-6 hours) Early meeting with the team in Bishkek and departure towards the Boom gorge. On the way, we will make a stop and visit the historical museum Burana Tower The Burana Tower is a minaret of the 10th-11th centuries of the Karakhanid Empire in the Chui valley in northern Kyrgyzstan. It is located 80 km from the capital Bishkek, 12 km southwest of the city of Tokmok. The tower is a part of the specially protected archaeological and architectural complex "Burana Tower". It is one of the oldest structures in Central Asia. Then we will keep on driving towards the main goal of our day, the Kanorchek canyons. On the way, we will have lunch in the Boom Gorge. After visiting two locations and taking many beautiful photos, we will move to the Chon Kemin Valley, where we will stay in a cozy guesthouse. Day 2: Chon-Kemin, Kyrgyzstan to Kol Kogur, Kyrgyzstan
The second day will begin with a leisurely breakfast, after which we will drive by car deep into the Chon Kemen gorge and cross the mountain river Chon Kemin on a cable cab, then we will saddle horses and continue our journey to Kol Kogur Lake on horseback. Upon arrival, we set up a tent camp and enjoy the views of wildlife. Dinner Accommodation conditions: tented camp
Day 3: Kol Kogur, Kyrgyzstan to Kosh Kol, Kyrgyzstan
Breakfast, after which we saddle the horses and riding over the pass and descend to Issyk Kul, lunch on the pass. A car will be waiting for us in the Issyk-Kul basin. After the end of the horse ride, we will stop for a night in the resort area, where we can take hot baths. Accommodation conditions: double rooms
Day 4: Kosh Kol, Kyrgyzstan to Karakol, Kyrgyzstan
Early breakfast and we ready to go. Our goal for today is to visit two most popular gorges on the northern coast of the Issyk Kull, one of whose are the Grigorievskoe gorge where we will visit two mountain lakes and then descent through the over gorge towards the highway and drive to Karakol city. On the way, we will stop at a roadside cafe to have lunch. Upon arrival in Karakol, we accommodation in a good hotel of city and have lunch, and will drive to the Issyk Kul coast for kayaking, later after returning to the city we will walk around the it and visit the iconic places of Karakol - the Dungas mosque, the Orthodox Church. Dinner and free time Accommodation conditions: 4* hotel with double occupancy
Day 5: Karakol, Kyrgyzstan to Kaji-Say, Kyrgyzstan
Breakfast and we start our voyage to the first location of the day popular gorge of the southern shore of Issyk Kul Dzhety Oguz. Dzhety Oguz is a ridge of red rocks covered with dense forests. The length of the gorge is 37 kilometers, and the landscape of the gorge formed by river of the same name. Huge dark green forests spread over red sandstone mountain slopes and creates an amazing color contrast. Then we will rise along the gorge up to the Kok Dzhayik plateau and take a walk to the Maiden's braids waterfall, after the walk we will continue our way to Barskoon gorge where we will enjoy another picturesque place and visit several waterfalls. Aksakal's beard, Leopard's Tears, and the Manas Cup. Lunch in the gorge Next location is calls Skazka canyons - an amazing place where sandy red formations take on various fairy-tale forms. Overnight accommodation at the hotel in Kaji Say village. Dinner Optionally trip to hot springs Accommodation conditions: double rooms
Day 6: Kaji-Say, Kyrgyzstan to Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan
Plans for today: after a leisurely breakfast, we start over our way to the Bokonbaevo village. Where we will visit an eagle hunter and see the eagle hunting show. Everyone will be able to take beautiful photos with an eagle on their hand. After this action, we will drive to a very interesting place calls Ak Sai Mountains, where we will take a short hike to the panorama from where opens a breathtaking view of clay canyons and Issyk Kul Lake. After the ascent, you will have the opportunity to swim in the lake. The next location for today is the Kok Moinok canyons, another place where you can take a whole bunch of cool photos, after which lunch and transfer to Bishkek. End of the program
