Day-by-day itinerary
Day 1: Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan to Cholpon Ata, Kyrgyzstan
In the morning after arrival, meet with the guide and transfer to Bishkek. There is breakfast and currency exchange. Next 5-hour drive to the lake Issyk-Kul in the city of Cholpon Ata (Northern part 1609m.). It is the second largest alpine lake in the world after Titicaca in South America. Along the way we will visit the Burana minaret (11th century), surrounded by a dozen funerary statues. Picnic or lunch in the Boom Gorge, then we will continue to Cholpon Ata, where we will get acquainted with the Regional Museum, as well as majestic rock engravings dating from the Bronze Age to the Middle Ages. Day 2: Cholpon Ata, Kyrgyzstan to Karakol, Kyrgyzstan
Today there will be a simple acclimatization walk to a high-mountain lake, which is located in Grigorievsky Gorge. After breakfast, about 40 minutes transfer to the picturesque Semenovskoye Gorge. The mountain river Ak-Suu runs along the bottom of the gorge with pure glacial water, and majestic Tien Shan spruces rise on the slopes. In spring and summer The clean mountain air is filled with the aromas of alpine herbs. Next we move by car from the Semenovsky Gorge to the Grigorievskoe Gorge through the Kek-Bel pass (2376m) Lunch in a local yurt, after lunch you can go for a ride if you wish riding horses or just lying and admiring nature. Next we will move to Karakol and on the way we will visit the hot springs in Oruktuu village. Dinner and overnight at the Karakol hotel.
Day 3: Karakol, Kyrgyzstan to Bokonbayevo, Kyrgyzstan
The city of Karakol is located in the east of Lake Issyk-Kul, at the foot of the beautiful Tien Shan mountains. After breakfast we will go horse riding. We'll also visit the canyons along the way. Fairy tale. Next, transfer to Bokonbaevo and accommodation in a yurt town on the shore of Issykul. Dinner and overnight there.
Day 4: Bokonbayevo, Kyrgyzstan to Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan
In the morning after breakfast, 4-hour transfer to the Airport.
