Arrive UB and explore UB Arrive UB airport and meet by our team. Transfer to your hotel. Today we will do city site seeing tour. Explore Gandan Monastery, Buddhist center in Ulaanbaatar. See, Zanabazar Museum Chojin Lama temple. Lunch time in Mongolian Restaurant The winter Palace Buda Big Statue on the Hill Dinner at the restaurant Overnight at 3* Ramada Hotel.
Day 2. To Murun Transfer to UB airport from your hotel in UB. Flight to Moron about one and an half hour. Meet our team (English speaking guide, cook and driver). Start a driving to north-west toward Ulaan-uul village /180kms/. On the way, you will enjoy beautiful Taiga Mountains and the dense forests. Overnight in Ulaan-uul village at wooden house.
We will keep drive to get at ranger station. Enkhee is local horse herder man. Enkhee and his friends will be our horse rangers. Stay with family in the yurt. Days 4. To Reindeers
Early morning we start horse ride toward high mountains. We reach the reindeer people, who live in tepees. Overnight in tepee.
Learn their everyday life and their traditions as like milking reindeer riding, processing skins. Also you enjoy the beautiful nature. Reindeer people /Tsaatan/ are small ethnic group of Mongolia /about 600/. They follow shamanism and very believe in mysterious shamanist deeds and traditions. We meet with the shaman. Overnight in tepee. Possible to hit it with the stove.
Today the day we leave the reindeer family. Start to get back with Enkhee’s family by hiding horses. Overnight in ger. /yurt/
Drive back to Ulaan Uul village and get ready for next trip to Huvsgul lake, Hatgal. overnight in wooden house.
After the breakfast drive to the Khovsgol lake. Known as “The Dark Blue Pearl”, Lake Khovsgol is Mongolia's largest and deepest lake. Located in the northern province, it is the largest tributary stream of Lake Baikal in Russia. Lake Khuvsgul is 136 km long, 36 km wide, and 262 meters deep and is located at an altitude of 1645 m above sea level and is frozen from January until April or May. It's the second largest fresh water lake in Central Asia. It's inhabited by nine species of fish including the Siberian grayling and lenok. Fishing and sport fishing are becoming popular in the lake area. Taiga Fauna and Flora, Tsaatan, practicing reindeer breeding are the main attractions for tourist. Different ethnic groups live in the area: Khalh, Darhadt, and Buryat. Tsaatans are raindeer herders. Lake Khovsgol is on the important migration route for birds from Siberia, thus facilitating marvelous opportunities for birdwatching. Overnights in tent or ger camp.
Today it's a day trip in Hatgal. Riding a boat at Huvsgul lake and taste the fresh fish.. Overnight in ger camp or tent.
Today after the breakfast drive back to the Moron city. Explore with the city sight. Stay at the hotel.
Fly to UB. Transfer to hotel.
You will have a cook chief during your trip for cooking. . We have no problem accommodating vegetarians on our trips.
