Day 1: Farap, Turkmenistan to Mary, Turkmenistan
Your adventure begins at the border, where you meet your local guide and travel to Mary, a historic gateway of Central Asia. After lunch, explore Ancient Merv, once one of the greatest cities of the Silk Road and a UNESCO World Heritage site. Day 2: Mary, Turkmenistan to Ashgabat, Turkmenistan
Travel to Ashgabat, a city like no other. Discover its rich history at the National Museum, visit Old Nisa, the ancient Parthian capital, and admire monumental landmarks such as the Independence Monument and Arch of Neutrality. Day 3: Ashgabat, Turkmenistan to Darvaza Gas Crater, Derweze, Turkmenistan
Explore Ashgabat’s local life and legendary symbols — from the bustling Russian Bazaar to the elegant Ertugrul Gazi Mosque and the famous Ahal-Teke horses. Then head deep into the Karakum Desert, stopping at surreal natural craters and remote villages. As night falls, witness the unforgettable Darvaza Gas Crater, known as the Door to Hell, glowing beneath the stars.
