Day-by-day itinerary
Day 1: Manas International Airport, Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan to Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan
Arrive in Bishkek and transfer to the hotel. After a relaxed morning at the hotel we begin exploring the city visiting some of its main sights, Ala Too Square, Duboviy Park (Oak Park), National Philharmonic, an eastern market - Osh bazaar.
Day 2: Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan to Chon-Kemin, Kyrgyzstan
Transfer to the Chon-Kemin Valley. On the way, visit the Burana Minaret architectural complex (10-11th century, Karakhanid state). Arrival in Chong Kemin, accommodation in the guest house. After lunch, we have time for walking around the village. Dinner and overnight in the guest house.
Day 3: Chon-Kemin, Kyrgyzstan to Tepke, Kyrgyzstan
Continue the drive to Tepke. On the way, we stop in Cholpon-Ata to visit an open-air petroglyph. Lunch at a local café. Optionally, boating on Lake Issyk-Kul. Arrival at the Agro Farm “Reina Kench”. Dinner and accommodation in the guest house.
Day 4: Tepke, Kyrgyzstan to Altyn-Arashan, Altynarasan, Kyrgyzstan
After breakfast we drive to Karakol. On the way we stop to buy food for picnic in Altyn-Arashan (hot spring thermal bath). Transfer to Altyn-Arashan with soviet truck, because only this transport can bring us through the mountain passes one of the most beautiful gorges in Kyrgyzstan. We have a lunch in nature. After lunch hike down to Ak-Suu village. The soviet truck follows us for any case. Accommodation in the hotel.
Day 5: Karakol, Kyrgyzstan to Bokonbayevo, Kyrgyzstan
After breakfast, we drive to the Ak-Sai village. On the way, we visit the Jeti-Oguz Gorge (Seven Oxes valley). Further, we hike to the Kok-Jaiyk (Valley of Flowers) where we have a picnic and return to the car. Dinner and overnight in yurt camp.
Day 6: Bokonbayevo, Kyrgyzstan to Song-Kul, Kyrgyzstan
After breakfast we watch a hunting show with golden eagle, kyrgyz sighthound (taigan). Transfer to the mountain lake Song-Kol through the high pass Kalmak-Ashuu (3400m). dinner and accommodation in yurt camp.
Day 7: Song-Kul, Kyrgyzstan to Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan
After breakfast, horse riding or walking along the shore of the lake. After that drive to Kochkor. Here we see the process of making Kyrgyz traditional felt carpets. After lunch transport to Bishkek. Accommodation in a hotel.
Day 8: Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan to Manas International Airport, Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan
Transfer to the airport. Fly out of Bishkek.
