Visit the biggest ski station in Kyrgyzstan - Karakol, and get to ski in its incredible nature. See an outstanding art of hunting with eagle on the way, as well as get to see with your own eyes one of the most popular sites of Kyrgyzstan - the Fairytale canyon (Skazka canyon).
Day-by-day itinerary
Day 1: Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan
I will meet you at the airport of Bishkek and will transfer you to the hotel in Bishkek. This day will be dedicated to explore and see the main highlights of the capital city of Kyrgyzstan. Our program includes: -Osh market -Ala-Too square -National Historical Museum -Oak Park -Visiting one of the restaurants to taste delicious local food Accommodation: Hotel in Bishkek Food: Lunch and dinner
Day 2: Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan to Karakol, Kyrgyzstan
We depart to Karakol city, situated in the east of Issyk-Kul Lake. We take a road along the north shore of Issyk-Kul Lake, where we can observe various landscapes and sceneries. On the way we will stop to see an open-air museum of petroglyphs, the stone drawings dated from the 5-3 centuries BC. Upon arriving to Karakol town, we will visit its main highlights: The Russian Orthodox Church made of wooden, and The Chinese-styled Mosque (The Dungan Mosque), made without using any nails. Day 3: Karakol, Kyrgyzstan
Transfer to the Karakol ski station, the biggest ski station of Kyrgyzstan with its highest point at the altitude of 3040 m. Possibility to rent a ski equipment in Karakol. At the end of the day, we will go to Ak-Suu hot springs, 20-30 minutes away from Karakol. Accommodation: Hotel / Guest house in Karakol Food: Breakfast, lunch and dinner Transfer time: 1 hour there and back from Karakol to ski station 1 hour there and back from Karakol to Ak-Suu hot springs
Day 4: Karakol, Kyrgyzstan
Second day of skiing at the Karakol ski station. At the end of the day, a visit to Dungan family to taste their cuisine. Dungan people are originated from China, but were chased from there because of their religious beliefs (they are muslims). They brought to Kyrgyzstan their culture and they enriched the Kyrgyz cuisine with their particular and tasty meals. Day 5: Karakol, Kyrgyzstan to Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan
Return to Bishkek. We will start in the morning by taking another road to Bishkek – by the south shore of Issyk-Kul Lake. On the way we will stop twice: first, to see an incredible “Fairytale” canyon and take a small stroll there to admire the view. Second, we will stop to meet an eagle-hunter, a representative of the ancient nomadic art of hunting with the golden eagle. This man will tell and show us the process of the eagle-hunting. In the afternoon we will arrive to Bishkek. Accommodation: Hotel in Bishkek Food: Breakfast, lunch and dinner Transfer time: 6-7 hours from Karakol to Bishkek Escort to the airport. End of the program.

What to know
This tour can be customized. Please get in touch with me. I will be glad to help you. You will need to have an insurance before coming to Kyrgyzstan. It is better to obtain an insurance in your country. The highest point that will be attained during our trip - 3040 m.
