A traveler is seeking

My partner and I are planning a 14-day trip to Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan in early November and are looking for a local guide or agency to help us organize an itinerary. We would be flying from Gdańsk, Poland, and arriving either in Astana or Tashkent, depending on the route.
We are particularly interested in exploring the Silk Road region and would love to visit the following cities:
• Tashkent
• Samarkand
• Bukhara
• Khiva
• Almaty
• Astana
If possible, we would also be interested in including:
• Baikonur Cosmodrome
• Aktau
• Aral Sea
We are a couple—I'm from Malta and my partner is Polish. We do not require visas for either country. We are open to joining a small group tour or arranging a private one, depending on availability and cost.
We are looking for budget-friendly accommodation options. We'd appreciate your suggestions on how best to structure the itinerary, including transportation between cities, lodging, and any must-see sites or experiences.
