Aiperi was super helpful right from the start. She provided us with the perfect custom itinerary tailored to the days we had available and the key points of interest. We started in Almaty, Kazakhstan, and then crossed into Kyrgyzstan. Once there, she booked a beautiful guesthouse in Karakol and our yurt stays for us with a ride forse and eagle!! Everything was fantastic—even better than we expected! She also paired us with Eric, who was an excellent driver and guide. Our trip to Kyrgyzstan was amazing, and I would completely trust this organization again. She was flawless and so incredibly accommodating. Message responses were instant and super clear! While Kyrgyzstan is breathtaking and the places visited were wonderful, the service provided post-payment was very disappointing. Aiperi provided no check-ins or ground support throughout the trip. The assigned guide/driver, Eric, had not even reviewed my itinerary prior to arrival. Significant holiday time was wasted sitting at a car mechanic in the heat to fix his broken AC, and he repeatedly pressured me for extra payments, unofficial add-on tours, and to pay for his daily meals. He routinely complained about his pay, slept in the car during a canyon visit, controlled internet access, and exhibited unsafe driving behavior (making calls while driving and stopping on roads unsafely). To top it off, he arranged an unnecessarily early 2:30 AM airport drop-off for a check-i n desk opening at 4:00 AM. I strongly advise Indy Guide to vet their local representatives and drivers more thoroughly. Solo travelers deserve reliable coordination, safety, and basic professionalism.

Our guide Azi was incredibly helpful and gave us a really interesting, brief introduction to the history of the Burana Tower while guiding us around the ruins. Afterward, we did a great walk around the Kegety area, which was beautiful. Azi was so easy to talk to, and we learned a lot from her about Kyrgyzstan’s landscape and recent social developments, which gave us a much deeper appreciation for the country. She also took us to a local restaurant for lunch that was excellent quality and amazing value for money. To top it all off, she even stopped and bought us some fresh strawberries on the drive back, which was such a sweet gesture! Our driver was also fantastic, constantly paying attention to our needs and making sure the ride was comfortable.

Aiperi is a wonderful guide for Kirghizistan, whom we recommend without hesitation to any traveler interested in really getting to know the country. She is a modern guide who knows very well her country and its traditions. We traveled with her during one week, in a minibus with driver, from Almaty (Kazakhstan) via Charyn Canyon, Karakol, lake Issy-Kul, lake Son Kul to Bishkek. Aiperi had organized the entire week for us. She was very forthcoming yet flexible in the organisation and answered rapidly to our requests. When we met her at the airport in Almaty, we were captured right away by her charm and by her knowledge of the country. During the travel week we discovered that she had really prepared a perfect mix of lodgings, artisanal activities, landscape seeing, museums and outdoor activities. She talked a lot about history and traditions and made the travel interesting. She is very attentive to the clients desires or concerns and will react rapidly if needed. More important than anything else, she is a modern charming woman who understands her clients and her country, and in this way she builds the bridges which allow you to get the best out of your visit to Kirghizistan. Aiperi was lovely & very professional. She was actually unable to travel with us, as she is expecting a little baby (I booked quite far in advance & she expected to be able to do the trip herself), but she greeted us in Bishkek at the airport, took us out for a night & made sure she found a reliable friend to take us to the World Nomad Games. Her friend Bakty was fantastic too. Aiperi was in constant contact until our departure from Kyrgyzstan to make sure everything was ok. I would highly recommend her.
