We had a wonderful time at the Assy Plateau and Turgeon Gorge! Everything was well planned and our driver, Joma was really kind and funny. We learned a lot about the region and kazakh culture. I would 100% recommend this tour to other travelers!

One of our dreams during our short stay in Almaty was to visit the Altyn Emel National Park and see its two greatest attractions: the Singing Dunes and the colorful Aktau Mountains. We chose the offer of Indy Guide because only here it was possible to see both of these places during a one-day trip. We were a bit afraid that it would be a rushed and fast-paced trip, but these fears did not come true. Our wonderful guide and driver Dastan moved quickly and safely through the desert wilderness, and at the stopping places he gave us as much time to explore as we wanted. So we spent 3 hours on our own trekking in the Aktau Mountains, and climbing the Singing Dune took us about 1.5 hours. Importantly, the guide gave us a free hand to explore, but provided us with walkie-talkies. He also lent us a 360-degree camera so that we could record our visit in an interesting way. During the trip, two meals were provided in the farmhouse: lunch and dinner. Delicious traditional local dishes were served. The guide picked us up directly from the hotel and took us back to the place after the tour. What is worth emphasizing is that Dastan agreed to carry not only us, but also our large luggage throughout the day. To sum up, we are very pleased with the trip and can recommend it with a clear conscience.

I have just completed this five day tour (after we had to postpone it from March following the pandemic lockdown). This has been a brilliant experience, and an excellent and full 5 days. All of the sights experienced were exceptional, and my head is full of magnificent and varied landscapes, hot but fulfilling treks (both in foot and horseback [optional]) and superb Kazakh hospitality. Ali has proven to be a great guide, his vehicle is a very high end 4WD, which he handles extremely proficiently, and really does make a tremendous difference to the bumpy terrain and over 1300km that is covered. I really felt this trip was good value for money, especially as a solo traveller, and Ali is a comfortable guide to travel with. All communication and queries were very expertly and promptly dealt with in English when setting up the trip (both times!), and I really recommend Ali as a guide and the tour of this fascinating area of Southeast Kazakhstan. Thank you Ali!

Driver was not Ali. He was basically using our fee to go on holiday with his girlfriend. So a few times we had to wait for them even though it was clear we wanted to get on with the tour - we had to do things their way even though we were paying. No lunch stop on the first day as charyn nowhere near a cafe or restaurant, and they didn`t tell us so we went hungry. Transport car itself was good and safe driver.

The driver was ok, he came earlier than the time. His english was not very good so we couldn`t communicate much, but the overall tour was good. He took us to several places in charyn canyon and left us time to wonder around. The only negative thing from the tour is that it was mentioned that the park entrance fees were included in the price but when we got there we paid also for the entrance.

I had a travel with Ali`s husband. He is the man who knows perfect roads to several destinations. He timely arrived at my house even in the early morning and everything was good. Thank you for your assistant.

Ali is a great driver. The guesthouse in Saty he provided is very nice. His English is good enough to have a conversation. This makes Ali a good choice to do your trip with.

Ali is a nice, cheerful. helpful, safe and experienced driver. He has good knowledge of the Almaty Region. He can manage the basic communication in English. If he was more fluent, he will perhaps be more pro-active and confident in sharing detailed information about everything. Overall, very happy and satisfied with Ali.

Inkar is the most efficient Manager you`ll ever find. Her husband Ali was our driver. They were in contact daily as we did too. Inkar helped us in many ways during our first 5 days. She helped us call the airline that had cancelled our onward flight and have our money refunded. We can`t praise her enough for her helpfulness, kindness and for accommodating our changing needs. As for Ali - our driver: we rate him 11 out of 10. He is a warm, kind, joyful, very helpful and caring young man. We can`t praise him enough. He is so adorable and competent! Our other plans wete crushed by the flight cancellation. Inkar and Ali helped us find other beautiful places to visit in Kazakhstan. Nothing is a problem for either of them. We HIGHLY recommend both Inkar and Ali, a team from heaven! You couldn`t get better service, nicest people and at the BEST RATES in Kazakhstan! We grew to love them both. Thanks so much Inkar and Ali. You will forever be in our hearts. Thanks to you both, we take with us fantastic memories of some of the most superb places on Earth! Kazakhstan is the 57th country I have visited. An unknown Spectacular GEM! We shall be back to do other trips with you. Bless you both.
