Almaz.

The Nissan had some troubles, but the time we had with it was great. Almaz was also amazing and very helpful, he helped us with any questions we had. When the car was acting up, we got a replacement Toyota Land cruiser and Almaz did everything to help us, he drove for hours to change the cars. The car itself is also well equipped with a nice radio (Bluetooth) and the optional Starlink works great, especially anywhere outside cities where there is no phone signal most of the time. The car also has a 120L LPG tank and 85L petrol tank, it can get far without needing a refill. It also has a cooling compartment, enough for about 4 0.5L bottles. The free camping equipment included was also all great from our experience.

Almaz is a lovely man, very helpful and his Patrol comes fully equipped for camping. A great jeep, with good tyres and offroad capability well able for the roughest roads Kyrgyzstan has to offer. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

Almaz is one of the best hosts/rental guys we ever came across. He was super helpful and was available on the WhatsApp all the time. He provided all the camping gear, all off-road gear, car insurance and also driver's licence translation. About the car – Nissan Patrol has proven to be very reliable and capable despite its age. We met a lot of newer models of Toyota Land Cruisers that were breaking down in the middle of the mountains. Nissan Patrol easily crossed passes such as Arabel and Tosor. We also drove roads to Kul Suu, Song Kul, Tash Rabat with no problems. The car is also comfortable to sleep in and it turned out sleeping in it was the best way to logistically see the country if you don’t feel like sleeping in yurts. We advise everyone who wants to experience Kyrgyzstan to the fullest to contact Almaz and rent this car. We had the best time there!

To rent a car from Aizat was a great decision. He was extremely helpful with all of our questions and when we fetched the car he spent the whole morning organizing the rest of our trip with us. The car was spacious and in good condition and we had a great trip with it.

We rented Aizat & Almaz’s Nissan Patrol 4WD in August 2019 for fourteen days. The couple was very nice and friendly and gave us a proper introduction to the car. The car was in very good shape and was a trusted companion throughout our stay in Kyrgysztan! We drove from Bishkek to Karakol to Song Kul without any problems. Even on the most bumpy roads, the car worked effortlessly. Almaz was always available on WhatsApp, if we had any questions. We booked the car from our home country and weren’t really sure what to expect, but Aizat & Almaz are reliable and trustworthy! Best recommendations from Anders & Julie.
