I've now been on 2 trips with Damir and both of them were excellent. Damir will take care of everything for you. He has superb contacts throughout the country - he will find you great places to stay and eat and he knows where the best spots are to take awesome photos. Last year we took a 3 day trip to Song Kul and Tash Rabat and this year we went to Sary Chelek and Arslanbob. Kyrgyzstan is an amazing country where you can see lakes and mountains, and experience nomadic lifestyle. If you go with Damir, you will be sure to have an amazing trip.

The trip was very well organized. Damir was the only guide who accepted to organized the trip exactly as we would. That is departure from Bischkek arrival at Tashkent (by Och) 9 days after. He choose carefully the accomodations (guest house, Yourtes, hotel at Och) : not much people, pleasant setting, friendly hosts . Damir have a very good car and is a very, very good guide. Damir organized a three day excursion from Bishkek to Lake Issy-Kül, and tailored it to our needs. Both of us found him a very interesting man with quite a family history, which he very openly shared with us. As part of or joy in traveling is to meet and interact with local people, this certainly added overall pleasure with the trip. Damir made a particular point to alter his original proposition to tailor it more precisely to our desires and preferences. The first day took us from Bishkek to Cholpon Ata, with stops at the petroglyphs and the site of the Nomad games. Due to the limited lodging available at the time we went, we stayed at a sports resort which was hosting a swim team from Almaty. The second day continued along the north shore, with a mountain hike to view falls and lakes, and then on to Karakol to see a felt workshop, as well as the architectural highlights. Lodging was in a quaint local hotel. The third day was exploring the sites along the south shore and a return to Bishkek, taking in the seven bulls and fairy tale canyon. Unfortunately, I developed health problems the first day. Damir was most attentive and responded, and even doubled back bit on the second day, before continuing the excursion, in order to arrange alternative transport for me back to Bishkek. He is certainly a very caring man, and was willing to adapt, and re-adapt, the program depending on the situation. And a very nice, and memorable touch, he offered each of us a hand-made painting (by his cousin) of different scenes from Kyrgyzstan. We found the price very reasonable, and, as I have said, found Damir to be interesting, attentive, adaptable and compassionate. Perhaps some people might find Damir`s prices a little higher than others, but his proposal was much more inclusive than the others, and he transported us in a new 4x4. Definitely worth at the slightly higher rate. Should I ever return to Kyrgyzstan, I would certainly contact Damir. Kind regards

We are very glad to have engaged Damir for a 8-day tour around the beautiful Kyrgyzstan. Prior to the trip, Damir was very helpful and responsive in answering all our questions. He also made sure to check in with us before our flight and when we landed in Bishkek. Damir was also able to accommodate to our requests and change the itinerary accordingly, which was great. He is very knowledgable about the country and was very willing to share with us information about Kyrgyzstan. Damir is a good driver and he made sure that we get from places to places safely everyday. He also brought us to local restaurants and introduced to us Kyrgyzstan`s cuisine which we enjoyed a lot. 5 reasons why you should travel with Damir: 1. Transport - Kyrgyzstan is a small country but to get to the most beautiful places you need to use individual transport. Usage of public transport is extremely hard and time-consuming option. In the other hand you can use taxi but it`s much more expansive and also it takes a lot of time. In that point I want to tell that Damir has really good off-road car. 2. Mountain guid. Because Kyrgyzstan has lack of marked mountain trails it`s really hard to don`t get lost there and only way to get to the destination is to have mountain guid such as Damir. 3. Kyrgyz food. We`ve met a lot of travelers whose where really disappointed of local food but we can`t tell it about us. Thanks to Damirs knowledge of best places where we could eat our dishes was always perfect. 4. Accommodation. Because of Damir experience we always slept in most beautiful, comfortable and quiet places. 5. Professional service. Damir is kind of really friendship person who can also adjust for your vision of travelling. With him you don`t really feel that he is a guid but you feel that he is a true friend.

I booked a 9-day trip with Damir and, thanks to his knowledge and hard work, it has been a truly enjoyable and unforgettable experience! We did North of Issyk Kul, amazing mountains in Jeti Oguz, south of Issyk Kul (with fairty tale canyon), superb horse riding in Song Kol, great trekking to Kol Tor and a taste of the South including a boat ride in fantastic Sary Chelek lake! Overall, super recommendable to visit Kyrgyzstan and I can imagine no better option than to do it with Damir: great value for money and complete personalisation of the trip. Enjoy!!
