Excellent planning support and great local knowledge! We had a very positive experience working with Galmandakh while planning our trip through central Mongolia. He was responsive, helpful, and took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for. Our itinerary included Hustai National Park, Elsen Tasarkhai, the Orkhon Valley, Karakorum, Ugii Lake, and several important archaeological and cultural sites. Gala provided clear information on transportation, accommodation options, including camping (for what he has provided excellent gears) and trip logistics, helping us design a journey that matched our interests rather than a standard tourist route. We particularly appreciated his flexibility in discussing different travel options, including itinerary, food and accomodation, and practical also finding the best camping places along the way. Hislocal and local knowledge was invaluable and made planning much easier. Gala was professional, friendly, and communicative throughout the process. We would happily recommend her to anyone looking for authentic travel experiences in Mongolia and hope to travel with him again in the future. We had a fantastic experience from beginning to end ! 14 days in Central Mongolia :-) Gala organized everything perfectly before our arrival. The itinerary was prepared in advance and completely tailor-made according to our wishes and the places we wanted to discover. Communication and organization were excellent, and everything went very smoothly. Our guide and driver, Dashka, was amazing. He has a lot of knowledge about Mongolia and its culture and was always attentive to our requests throughout the journey. His car was very comfortable, even for the long drives, and his driving was excellent and very safe. One of the highlights was our very first day, when Dashka introduced us to some of his friends and family. We spent wonderful moments with them and immediately felt welcomed into Mongolian life and culture. It made the experience much more personal and authentic. A beautifully organized, personalized trip and an unforgettable way to discover Mongolia. A huge thank you to Gala and Dashka we would recommend them without hesitation!

His English is perfect, organisation, orientation, knowledge, proactivity, making decisions, he's funny 😁. He knows so many things and he did, helped more than we asked. Gala is an excellent and responsible driver due to his role as a young familiy father with 3 little kids! He is also able to find our desired destinations even on unvisible tracks on cattle grounds. We had an incredible experience exploring the Gobi Desert with Gala as our guide. He took us far beyond the usual tourist routes to some truly remote and spectacular destinations, including Khermen Tsav. Given the isolation of the area, Gala brought his father along on the journey, and it turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. His father was wonderful company, and sharing stories and experiences with him gave us a unique glimpse into Mongolian life and culture. Throughout the trip, Gala was responsive, flexible, and always willing to adapt plans to suit our interests. Most importantly, we felt completely safe and well looked after, even in the most remote parts of the desert. Staying in local nomadic gers made the experience feel authentic and unforgettable. If you’re looking for an adventurous, genuine, and expertly guided experience in Mongolia, we cannot recommend Gala highly enough. He helped make our journey one of the most memorable trips we have ever taken.

The trip to Gobi with Gala was very unique! He is friendly but not overwhelming, reliable and organized, making the trip feel very coordinated and safe. He had everything under control, and always calm and with the smile. I felt taken care of during the entire trip. As one of the other reviewers mentioned elsewhere, Gala is all in one kind of man, the organizer, driver, guide, cook (making us breakfast), and a just overall a very nice person. He is patient and willing to answer all your questions during the trip and adjust to your needs. If you are looking for the trip to the Gobi or anywhere for that matter, he is your man as you can customize trips with him according to your own ideas. P.S. And very reasonably priced comparing to other places! Go Gala! And thank you for everything!

Gala came prepared for the trip…Came early for airport pick up, even assisted us in buying sim and changing currency at the airport. He is a guide/driver/cook/translator in 1 person. He arranged all the accommodations in Ger camps and entrance of parks. He also made us experienced and understand the culture and traditions of Mongolian people. We also tasted the authentic Mongolian food. We found a best driver that fits the budget and activities. Highly recommended. Keep it up. Thanks again

We had a fantastic tour with Gala and would definitely recommend going on a tour with him! After contacting him very last minute (one day before departure), Gala still managed to put together the tour for us exactly as we wanted (and more). Gala and our awesome driver Tolgi (sorry I am misspelling your name probably!) went above and beyond for us. For example when we wanted to go to a site for sunrise (at 4am) they made it happen for us. Gala also prepared/made sure that we could have vegetarian meals everywhere. All in all we had a great time and Gala took super good care of us:)
