I had a really good day with Gulmairam`s sister, Saltanat, who picked me up from Bishkek/Manas airport, took me around the massive market in Bishkek and then up to the Alamedin gorge/valley for a beautiful hike to a stunning waterfall nestled between the majestic mountains. We had a nice dinner too. I had only one day in Kyrgyzstan and I loved every moment of it and I am so grateful I had Saltanat to show me around. She also helped me organise my onward shared taxi journey from Bishkek to Almaty airport. Her driving is good enough and I would recommend her as a guide.
