My trip to the Aral Sea was absolutely incredible! Seeing the shipyard and the fascinating landscape we passed through was truly impressive. Visiting the fortress was a wonderful highlight, adding rich history to the journey. While the roads weren't always the best, our driver was excellent, navigating the route smoothly (and don't expect too much commentary, as this isn't a guided tour...although some background info would have been nice). That's why I'd highly recommend reading up on the Aral Sea's context before you go, as it deepens the experience. Overall, a uniquely memorable and happy adventure!

Islom was very kind and professional. He was very attentive and spoke excellent English. Thank you Islom for driving us all the way to Muynak and back to Khiva. It was a long journey but we stopped at some additional sites to break up the drive which was greatly appreciated. Do not hesitate booking a tour with Islom
