Kadyr.

I booked a tailor-made tour from Almaty to Kyrgyzstan. The tour was one of the highlights of my stay. Kadyr went out of his way to provide a good and authentic experience meeting my every request. I highly recommend Kadyr and considering the length of my tour, he provides excellent value for money.

We reserved transportation from Bishkek airport to Almaty city at the end of March. One day before the departure he said that his brother would meet us at the airport. We met Jenish (does not look like his brother) at the airport and he drove us to the boarder. The car is not new and A/C does not work properly. His driving is terrible and we felt unsafe. We met Kadyr at the boarder with other customers in his car. After crossing boarder Jenish followed Kadyr who drives safely. One the way we stopped for lunch which we did not ask. I guess this is the request from other customers. We wanted to arrive our apartment as early as possible, but we lost 30 minutes. My opinion is Indy Guide is not one to one , a guide to a customer, It is travel agent(or guide/driver group) to customer. If you select a guide in Indy Guide it is better to confirm that the person himself/herself will be with you all the time during the contracted tour or drive.

Kadyr and his brother Jomart provided great service. They know the area well and helped us plan our itinerary. The vehicle was trustworthy and had no issues on the road, we even amended our plans on the go and they were flexible and transparent.

Thank you for the wonderful experience. Our guide Kadyr made this a truly memorable trip. He was very attentive and helpful, we even visited his family which certainly gave our trip a very personal touch. Several of our friends have expressed interest in our journey and we will certainly forward them Kadyr`s (and, of course, Indy Guide`s) reference.
