Nurlan was very reliable and prompt in responding. Even though he was not scheduled to be with us for one of the afternoons he joined us for a walking tour for Baku. He checked on us every day and made sure we are safe and on schedule. Would strongly recommend him.

My husband and I got married during Covid, hence, we never got around to go on our honeymoon. Initially we planned to go to South-East Asia, but instead ended up in Baku, Azerbaijan, and how we both are extremely glad we did! FYI, Azerbaijan was never on our list, but we have no regrets whatsoever! Infact, we hope and wish to visit this beautiful and vast country again in the future. Azerbaijan is probably not known to many as a tourist country on the same level as Vietnam and Japan, but this country didn't disappoint at all! We were in Azerbaijan for 6 days, and decided to have tour guides with us on 3 of the days. My husband's colleague in Norway, who originally is from Azerbaijan, hooked us up with his friend, Nurlan, who is a tour guide in the country. Let me just add that this gentleman went beyond and above all our expectations! Before we arrived in Azerbaijan he had sent us a day to day guide on what he had in store for us on each day. As we had a few wishes, he happily adjusted the plans accordingly, and kept us informed through WhatsApp. Unfortunately, as Nurlan already was pre-booked for another booking prior to our arrival, he made sure that we were met with high standard tour guides from the same company, Indy Guides. We got picked up at the airport by our first tour guide and a driver who drove us around in Baku, and to villages outside of Baku. We had three different guides for each day, and they all were super friendly, fun comfortable, respective and made sure that we got as much knowledge and insight into their country's rich history, culture, cuisine, landmarks etc. Not only was their English perfect, but they made sure to give us the time we needed to walk around and take photos, and to answer our many curious questions. One could clearly hear and see how proud they are of their country. Both my husband and I love tasting authentic food so they made sure to fulfil our wishes by taking us to different places so we could get a taste of their regional food pallette. We also visited Yanar Dag, Red village, Icheri Sheher, Nizami street, Market Square, Quba, Nohur Lake, Gobustan National Park and mud volcanoes to mention a few of the places we went to. I was unfortunate to have a little accident at the airport before arriving in Azerbaijan, but Nurlan made sure to help us and make us feel safe. He even checked up on us/me several times at the end of each day which we both appreciated. We only have beautiful and positive memories despite that little accident of mine. We have had tour guides before in other countries, but never have we stumbled upon such humble, kind, insightful and awesome guides. So a massive thank you from us to our tour planner and now friend, Nurlan, and the other three tour guides, Jamshet, Roshun and Zaul for being amazing!!! You guys rock!! Thank you for this time! We shall meet again

Very disappointed that we had to cancel due to the coronavirus. Nurlan was helpful and understanding. We eagerly look forward to rescheduling our trip and touring with Nurlan.

Wanted to share my experience in visiting Azerbaijan Baku and other regions. We were family of 4, 2 adults and 2 kids, we had an amazing person and tour guide (Nurlan), and he has arranged for our trip, booked hotels, accompanied us and provided transportation. He is amazing with kids, well organized, always on time, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him as a tour guide.
