What a great trip! Olimjon was great at communicating proactively. The drivers were great, safe, honest, friendly. The audio tour files were neat. The sites are worth seeing. It's very, very hot in the region in summer, so be prepared and bring water. I am well satisfied with my experience!

We went on a two-day trip to the Aral Sea with an overnight stay in a yurt, all organised by Olimjon. It was a wonderful experience with two competent and friendly drivers: Sarvar for the sedan and Murat for the 4x4.
Olimjon went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. We met two nights before our trip, and he showed us around Khiva. It was an excellent first impression of this beautiful city, so the next day we already knew exactly where we wanted to go.
He also provided us with excellent information about the trip, both via WhatsApp and in more detail when we met. In addition, we received audio recordings with very interesting information about the places we visited along the way.
The tour was tailored to our wishes, and during the trip Olimjon checked in with us twice to make sure everything was going well.
We can highly recommend both the tour and Olimjon. We would definitely book another trip with him in the future.

Our recent two-day trip to the Aral Sea from Khiva was absolutely unforgettable, thanks to the outstanding organisation and professionalism of Olimjon and his team. Everything is well organized. A briefing with Olimjon the day before allows us to fully understand the trip's schedule and answer to our question. Olimjon really takes care of our concerns. The drivers are very nice, we managed to communicate with the 1st one and the 2nd one is more succinct and able to give the name of each spot.
We recommend the experience of the desert but be prepared that the road is very bumpy and quite long days of driving.

Expérience très décevante pour cette excursion « 7 forteresses + nuit en yourte ».
Avant de réserver j’ai demandé à avoir le prix global pour l’excursion et la nuit en yourte afin d’éviter tout malentendu. Le prix communiqué, via la messagerie du site, était de 198€.
Le tarif annoncé ne comprenait en réalité ni les frais d’entrée pour certaines forteresses (x2, 20000 sums / pers. OK sur ce point on nous l’a précisé avant), mais ni la nuit en yourte — pour laquelle on nous a demandé 100$ supplémentaires sur place, juste avant le dîner, une fois isolés dans le désert, sans guide, sans internet. Nous avons dû payer contre notre volonté.
À noter : pas de guide physique lors de l’excursion, seulement de courts audios envoyés par Whattsapp (sur le principe OK mais quand même décevant pour le prix). Le repas du midi s’est fait dans un restaurant attrape touristes hors de prix, sans carte ni tarifs visibles.
Les personnes du camp ne sont pas sympathiques (mon conjoint a même été insulté lors du repas car refus de prendre de la vodka payante), il y a des déchets partout qui vont dénaturer la forteresse à proximité.
En bref, une excursion sur-vendue, et au final très coûteuse pour une prestation qui ne les vaut clairement pas.

Everything was fine, Olimjon is a great & caring guide/host! It was super easy to communicate and also to adjust parts of the trip to our quite strict agenda. When we did not manage to have a dinner on the way from Aral Sea, Olimjon got us lunch box to the train station from which we had to catch next train. Really recommend!!

Olimjon provided - on a short notice - a transfer for me for a two day trip from Nukus to Aralsea and to Khiva. I had two driver, one from Nukus to Moynoq with a Chevrolet and a second driver from Moynoq to Aralsea with a 4x4.
Olimjon sended be beforhand some videos, so I could learn more about the Aralarea. He changed the schedule for me, so I could go to Mizdakhan Necropolis instead of the Museum of Art in Nukus.
I was a single female traveler and felt save and taken care of with the two drivers at any given point. Also Olimjon checked on me via phone on the morning and evening, asking if everything was fine and explaining the schedule again (I got it send before).
The yurt I stayed in was as the whole trip perfect. I highly recommend booking with Olimjon!

I had a great day with Olimjon. He is a very versatile person, with so many interests from energy sector to sustainable tourism. He is also very friendly. Hence, he is very wasy to talk to and to have interesting conversations. I was impressed at his knowledge on the topics, being the necropolis history, ship cemetery etc. . At the Nexropolis, he asked local people stories and background on the site - it was super interesting. The tour was at a relaxed pace, without hurry, which I appreciated. And in the way back, we stopped at a very good restaurant - the best yogurt I ever had! Overall, I’ve really enjoyed the tour and the company of Olimjon. We spent two very nice days with Olimjon. The first day we visited some of the Elliq-Qala desert forts. On the way back from Karakalpakstan to Khiva, Olimjon treated us with the best melon we ever tasted.
The next day we had an early start to beat the summer heat in Khiva. Olimjon was a very knowledgable guide that showed us all the major sights in Khiva. I have lived in Uzbekistan for three years and been to most places but my 5 days in the excellent care and company of Murod and Olimjon was the best!
These guys were knowledgeable, organised and passionate about the places we visited. The whole experience which included staying in a yurt, making a barbecue, visiting fortresses, driving across the sea bed in a 4x4, the ship cemetery and probably the best art museum I've ever been too, was magical. Massive thanks to the chaps for everything they did.
