This was not the best transfer process I’ve experienced. Our driver was almost 30 minutes late picking us up. I called Ravshan and we was very responsive, but someone should have notified us that the driver was going to be late. Shortly after departing, our driver stopped and got out of the car without telling us anything. Our car was immediately surrounded by a group of men, one of which tried to open my door. It was kind of scary. The driver was either texting, on the phone, or video chatting the majority of the drive. It felt very unsafe. He was eventually pulled over by the police.

We had a great time visiting all the many places that Ali showed us. The tour was very well organized and the time dedicated to each location was perfect. Ali was very kind, helpful, knew where to take us and explained the history and facts of each place very well. He showed us the best places to eat, shops to visit and the most interesting historical landmarks. Ali took us to the hotel in Fergana which was a great choice as well.
