We took a two-day tour of the Almaty region as a couple: Altyn-Emel National Park (Aktau Mountains and Singing Dunes) and Charyn Canyon. We had a great time with Samir! Before leaving, he provided us with all the necessary information and was always available to answer our questions. During the tour, he was both professional and friendly: we chatted a lot. He also introduced us to some typical Kazakh dishes. We recommend him to anyone looking for a guide who is not only reliable but also pleasant to talk to (Samir speaks very good English).

It was a very good 2-days tours. Samir had a problem with his car just the day before but we had one of his friend to start the tour without any problems. The car ; a bit too small but it was OK. The guide : very very good. A bit "shy" at the begining but quickly turn on more communicative. Friendly, quiet. Good english, easy to understand. Charyn Canyon , Kaindy Lake, Kolsai Lake, Sati Guesthouse was OK but noisy before sleeping. Rooms are small but new with heather and hot shower. The noise from others rooms and corridor. The food was very good and tasty. Thanks Mus. We had a last good moment at Navat Restaurant.

We had wonderful experience with Samir. He took care of us very well. He is well spoken and approachable. Places were beautiful and we tried some amazing local cuisines of Kazakhstan. Samir is English fluent and very kind. His car was not very clean but he took care of us for all day long very carefully.

Everything went smoothly. Samir came on time to pick us up from the hotel. It was a long drive to Altyn Emel but Samir managed to bring us to the main sights. Lunch was provided by Samir and it was delicious.

Samir was an amazing guide! Very friendly, accomadating, and very informative. He knows Kazakhstan very well. Even invited us out with him and his girlfriend later in the night to thw hot springs. Overall amazing guy.

As a girl travelling alone to Kazachstan, I asked a lot of questions beforehand and during my travels. Samir always responded quickly and very patiently to all my questions before, during and after the guiding tour and helped me a lot. He knows a lot about the region and local culture and is the perfect guide for a tour in Kazachstan. I would recommend him to everyone!

Anatoli was our guide for the data DN he brought his daughter too who was learning English. Overall this was a great experience. One person in our group spoke some russian so we were able to get a lot out of the day. Highly recommended

This was a great trip. It was breathtaking. I will definitely go through Samir again for my next trip. The drivers were awesome. Very careful but got to our destination and back on time.

Samir arrived an hour late because of the traffic but he called the hotel to let us know so we didn`t have to keep waiting in the lobby. Bangkok has some of the worst traffic in the world so we could relate. We had enough time to see the lake, had a nice lunch at a restaurant Samir recommend and stopped by at the mall to buy some stuff so that one hour delay didn`t matter at all.

It was soooo great trip. I had only a day in Almaty but really wanted go to Altyn Emel. Samir arranged everything I wanted to enjoy there and I am 100% satisfied.

Excellent, knowledgeable driver-guide. The only disadvantage, we were 4 and his AC Pajero had 2 doors only. So we better chose his old Mitsubishi Delica van but that did not have AC.

Samir was wonderful! Communicated before the date to establish pick-up time, route and events. He is very knowledgeable about Kazak history and a lively conversationalist. He provided a homemade lunch and much needed coffee! We will book him again.

Samir made me have a wonderful time in the beautiful Almaty region. The travel, accomodation and food were amazing and he told me a lot about the country. Hope to come back and make an other tour with him!
