Great experience! We rented a Poer for 17 days and travelled all around Mongolia. The car was reliable and well suited for both paved roads and rough off-road conditions. Everything went smoothly, and the rental process was easy and straightforward. We really enjoyed the trip and were very happy with the car and the service. Would definitely recommend this rental company for travelling around Mongolia!

My actual rating is 4,5 (not possible and we are closer to 5 and NOT 4). A lot of positives but let’s start with the negative. - Some details in the camper were broken : Webasto, water system, deficiencies with the electric system. This is why 4,5 and not 5. Positives : - Excellent car with great off-road capabilities and in very good conditions. It was a very reliable vehicle and I took it to many difficult places in Mongolia. -> This is the most important when you drive through Mongolia. - Shinebayar is very reactive and if there is a problem, he will react and help as fast as humanly possible (I was in Mongolia for a month and problems are inevitable). - Shinebayar and the team are a very accommodating and nice. -Great value for money (especially compared to other offers out there) In conclusion : I compared all the offers in Mongolia in Indyguide and outside Indyguide and I can say that this one is definitely the best. I would, without a doubt, rent again with Shinebayar.
