Shoaib was very helpful in accommodating our very last-minute request. He made sure the arrangement followed our request. We made a request for a private driver Delhi-Agra-Delhi and Shoaib arranged two drivers and a guide during our trip in Agra. The guide was very helpful in sharing the facts about Taj Mahal which we really appreciate. After visit to Taj Mahal the guide brought us to different stores supposedly to introduce us to different cultures and art in Agra but this is not in our request. He persuaded us to buy from the stores despite initially saying there is no pressure to buy. Much time was spent here and we did not have enough time to visit another two places. For our lunch, we also requested to be brought to a local restaurant but the guide insisted on a restaurant which seemed to cater to tourists. This almost dampened our mood but luckily we had an interesting conversation with the guide.
