Unreliable and unprofessional host. After receiving a deposit he stopped responding to our messages. Оther people contacted us on his behalf and asked for additional money for the tour. Stay away from Ulukbek and his agency Pamir Nomad if you don't want to be blackmailed for money and your trip ruined.
