Day-by-day itinerary
Day 1: Aktau, Kazakhstan to Bozhira, Kazakhstan
Day 1 The tour starts at 10:00 AM with pickup from your hotel or Aktau Airport. Our first destination is the iconic Dragon Crest viewpoint of Bozzhyra. We then continue to the Middle Bozzhyra Viewpoint, where a short hike rewards us with one of the most breathtaking panoramas overlooking the vast Bozzhyra Valley. After enjoying the scenery and taking photos, we drive to Lower Bozzhyra, where you’ll have time to relax, explore the area, and watch the sunset over the famous limestone towers. In the evening, enjoy dinner and an unforgettable night of camping beneath millions of stars, far from any city lights. Included: Lunch, dinner, camping equipment, and overnight stay in tents.
Day 2: Bozhira, Kazakhstan to Aktau, Kazakhstan
Day 2 After breakfast with spectacular views of Bozzhyra, we begin our journey back toward Aktau. Along the way, we visit the distinctive cake-shaped Bokty Mountain, followed by the colorful striped hills of Kyzylkup, often called the “Tiramisu Canyon.” Our final stop is Ybykty Gorge (Porous Canyon), known for its unique rock formations and narrow canyon walls. The tour is designed at a comfortable pace, allowing plenty of time for sightseeing, photography, and enjoying the landscapes without feeling rushed. Approximate arrival in Aktau: 5:00 PM Drop-off: Hotel or Aktau Airport Included: Breakfast and lunch.
