Day 1: Ulaanbaatar
DAY-BY-DAY ITINERARY Day 1. Welcome to Meet Our Tour Team / Travel to Terelj National Park & Chinggis Khaan Horse Statue Complex Today, we will have a full day trip, and driving to the northeast of Ulaanbaatar city visiting the Terelj National Park. The first excursion, we will explore the Horse Statue of Chinggis Khaan. This is one of the biggest horse statues of Chinggis Khaan in the world. We will explore and visiting museums in the complex. Afterward, we will continue our trip to Terelj National Park. Terelj offers fascinating rock formations, which it’s Turtle Rock against a background of pine trees covered over the mountains. The park is rich in flora and fauna and reminds of beautiful Alpine valleys. We will walk up to the meditation temple museum of Ariyabal from there the scenery of the park is magnificent. After all the excursion of the complex, we will drive to our accommodation place. Overnight will stay local family in Ger.
Day 2: Ulaanbaatar
Day 2. Drive back to Ulaanbaatar city After a relaxing breakfast and a morning sight at the place, we will continue on travel by our car for driving back to Ulaanbaatar city and you will transfer to your chosen accommodation place in the city and ending our memorable journey with us.

Bringing a comfortable hiking shoes for the trip is neccesery. Traveling on a group trip Our group trips are designed for single travelers to find/join a tour group and share a ride with other travelers which a tour price will be cheaper. On a selection of our trips, you have the option to book a private tour/single supplement to ensure that you have your own tour groups (where available). Ger Homestay Our stay at the Terelj National Park is with a local family in their offering home. Family Ger usually has 4-5 beds with a fire stove at the center, and sleeping bags are needed for the tour. Toilet facilities are basic in outside squat toilet.
