Day-by-day itinerary
Day 1: Bani Kheddache Regional Hospital, Bani Kheddache, Tunesien to Bani Kheddache, Tunesien
Sunday: Check-in at accommodation / Dar Enaim, welcome by agency/tour guide, short hike in the surrounding area, dinner, stargazing (weather permitting)
Day 2: Bani Kheddache, Tunesien to Zammouri Jed, Ksar Ouled Brahim, Tunesien
One day hike, length/route to be agreed upon/personal fitness level. Half board + packed lunch
Day 3: Beni-Khedech, Tunesien to Tamezret, Tunesien
Highlight hike to an abandoned Berber fortress and village, return via Tamazret, visit to the Berber Museum, café visit and climb to a lookout tower with mountain views at sunset. Half board + packed lunch
Day 4: Beni-Khedech, Tunesien to Bani Kheddache, Tunesien
Day hike in the surrounding area, stargazing & astroshow. Half board + packed lunch.
Day 5: Bani Kheddache, Tunesien to Ksar Ghilane, Kleinkastell Tisavar, Tunesien
2-day excursion to the Sahara to the Ksar Ghilane oasis, overnight stay in a desert camp, dinner at the camp. Full board
Day 6: Kleinkastell Tisavar, Tunesien to Djerba, Tunesien
Sunrise walk into the Sahara and, upon request, camel ride into the dunes, return to Djerba at 11:00 AM, lunch in an authentic ksar. Arrival in Djerba around 4:00 PM, hotel of your choice/availability: Villa Azur or Touring Full board
Day 7: Djerba, Tunesien
Breakfast at the hotel, departure / extension
