Itinerary: Dushanbe - Iskanderkul lake - Dushanbe ( 134km; 2-3h drive one way) Meet out team in your hotel at 09:00 and start your trip towards the lake. Trip to the Iskanderkul lake through the Anzob pass (3300m above sea level) through the 5-kilometer Istiklol tunnel. According to legend, Lake Iskanderkul was named after Alexander the Great, known in the East as Iskander. It is said that the path of Alexander the Great to India passed through this lake. Arrival at the lake and you will walk to a 50-meter waterfall, which the locals compare with Niagara and call the Fann Niagara (Niagara Fana). Later you will stroll around the lake itself. There are also operating boats on which you can take a boat tour of the lake. The shore of the lake is estimated at 40 km, and the depth is 70 m. Later walk 5 minutes to Snake lake from where opens a beautiful landscape of mountains and the lake. After visiting the lake, we return to Dushanbe. Tra safer to your hotel.
