Day-by-day itinerary

Day 1: Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan

Day 1: Arrival to Bishkek. Check in to the hostel/guesthouse. Lunch in a traditional Kyrgyz cafe. Bishkek city tour. Dinner & traditional folk concert. Overnight.

Day 2: Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan to Chon-Kemin, Kyrgyzstan

Day 2: Bishkek – Burana Tower, one of the UNESCO World Heritage Sites – Chon Kemin National Park. Homemade Lunch/dinner. Overnight in a homestay or yurt. *Horseriding is available for extra fee

Day 3: Chon-Kemin, Kyrgyzstan to Cholpon Ata, Kyrgyzstan

Day 3: Chon Kemin National Park – Open air Petroglyphs in Cholpon Ata – Lunch in a cafe. Dinner & overnight in a guesthouse on the northern shore of lake Issyk Kul, the second highest mountainous lake at 1700m above the sea level.

Day 4: Cholpon Ata, Kyrgyzstan to Jeti Oguz, Kyrgyzstan

Day 4: Cholpon AtA – Chon oruktuu hot springs – Karakol. Lunch at the local bazaar. Holy Trinity Orthodox chuch, Dungan mosque. Jeti Oguz, the Valley of Seven Bulls. Homemade dinner & Overnight in a guesthouse.

Day 5: Jeti Oguz, Kyrgyzstan to Bokonbayevo, Kyrgyzstan

Day 5: Jeti Oguz – Fairytale canyon – Bokonbaevo yurt camp. Lunch on the way. Eaglehunting show. Dinner & overnight in a yurt camp by magnificent Issyk Kul lake.

Day 6: Bokonbayevo, Kyrgyzstan to Naryn, Kyrgyzstan

Day 6: Bokonbaevo – Kochkor - participate in felt making master class – Lunch in a homestay. Dinner & overnight at Eki Naryn yurt camp.

Day 7: Naryn, Kyrgyzstan to Tash-Rabat, Kyrgyzstan

Day 7: Eki Naryn Yurt camp – Yurt camp in Tash Rabat, a historical complex where the Silk Road travelers would stop by on their way to China. Lunch, dinner & overnight in a yurt camp.

Day 8: Tash-Rabat, Kyrgyzstan to Song-Kul, Kyrgyzstan

Day 8: Tash Rabat Historical Complex– Song Kol yurt camp by Song Kol lake at more than 3000m above the sea level. A pasture where nomads would herd their sheep in summer time, milk & ride horses.

Day 9: Song-Kul, Kyrgyzstan to Suusamyr, Kyrgyzstan

Day 9: Song Kol – Suusamyr yurt camp located in Suusamyr Valley which connects North and South of the country. Lunch on the way. Dinner & overnight in a yurt camp.

Day 10: Suusamyr, Kyrgyzstan to Arslanbob, Kyrgyzstan

Day 10: Suusamyr valley – Arslanbob, the biggest Walnut forest which was once visited by Alexander Makedonskii. Lunch on the road. Dinner &. Overnight in Uzbek homestay. .

Day 11: Arslanbob, Kyrgyzstan

Day 11: Hike to Arslanbob big waterfall, visit walnut forest, local bazaar. – Lunch/Dinner & Overnight in Uzbek homestay.

Day 12: Arslanbob, Kyrgyzstan to Osh, Kyrgyzstan

Day 12: Arslanbob– Uzgen historical complex – Osh, one of the most ancient cities in Central Asia. Lunch in a local Chaihana Dinner & Overnight in a hotel.

Day 13: Osh, Kyrgyzstan to Toktogul, Kyrgyzstan

Day 13: Osh – Toktogul, the motherland of a famous Komuz player and singer Toktogul Satylganov whose monument can be seen in the capital next to a street that bears his name which is a few km from the National Philarmonic Hall named after the singer as well. Lunch in a local chayhana. Visit Toktogul reservoir, the largest manmade reservoir in the country. Homemade dinner & Overnight in a homestay.

Day 14: Toktogul, Kyrgyzstan to Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan

Day 14: Toktogul – Bishkek, capital of Kyrgyzstan - formerly known as Frunze. Lunch on the road. Dinner & Overnight in guesthouse.
