Day-by-day itinerary
Day 1: Tashkent, Uzbekistan
Day-1: Tashkent arrival After arriving at Tashkent international airport, you will be met by our professional guide and driver. Then transfer to the hotel and check-in. Starting time of the tour depends on your arrival time. After you have short rest, start the sightseeing tour in Tashkent. Visit the following places: - Khasti Imam complex; - Charsu Bazaar; - Independence square; - Tashkent Metro (Independence to Amir Temur stations); 13:00 - Lunch in a plov center "BeshKazan". After lunch continue the tour: - Tashkent TV tower; - Museum of applied arts - Free time 19:00 - Dinner in a local restaurant Overnight at the hotel in Tashkent.
Day 2: Tashkent, Uzbekistan to Khiva, Uzbekistan
Day-2: Tashkent - Khiva In the early morning, take the flight from Tashkent to Urgench. Upon arrival, transfer to Khiva(25kms). Once arrived in Khiva, start the city tour in Ichan Kala after leaving your luggage in the hotel. Visit the following places: - Madrasa of Muhammad Aminkhan and blue minaret; - Ark citadel; - Madrasa of Muhammad Rahimhan; - Juma mosque; 12:00 - Lunch in a local restaurant. After lunch continue visiting: - Mausoleum of Pahlavon Makhmud; - Madrasa of Shergozikhan; - Islamkhodja minaret and madrasa (climbing up minaret); - Tash Hovli palace and harem; - Caravanseray of Allakulikhan; Free time for shopping 19:00 - Dinner in a local restaurant. Overnight at the hotel in Khiva.
Day 3: Khiva, Uzbekistan to Ayaz-Kala Fortress, Uzbekistan
Day-3: Khiva-Ayazkala-Toprakkala-Khiva In the morning after breakfast, visit the ancient settlements of Khorezm located in current Karakalpakstan. Visit: - Ayazkala fortress 4th century BC; - Toprakkala fortress 1-3 cent AD; 13:00 - Lunch in a local yurt camp near Akchakol lake After lunch return to Khiva. On the way, stop at Ulli Hovli fortress of 17th cent. It was used as the summer residence of Khiva khan built by local Turkmens. Upon arrival, free time in Khiva 19:00 - Dinner on your own.
Day 4: Khiva, Uzbekistan to Bukhara, Uzbekistan
Day-4: Khiva - Bukhara In the morning after breakfast, at 08:00 am, transfer to Bukhara via Kyzylkum - one of the largest deserts of central Asia. 12:30 - Lunch in a restaurant on the way. Upon arrival to Bukhara, check-in the hotel and short time for rest. Free time in the evening in the old city. 19:00 - Dinner on your own. Overnight at the hotel in Bukhara.
Day 5: Bukhara, Uzbekistan
Day-5: Bukhara city tour In the morning, meet your guide at the reception and start the sightseeing tour in Bukhara: - Mausoleum of Samanids; - Chashma Ayub mausoleum; - Mosque Bolohovuz; - Ark citadel; - Poi Kalon complex; - Trading domes of Bukhara; 13:00 - Lunch in a local restaurant. After lunch sightseeing continues: - Magoki Attori mosque; - Lyabi hovuz ensemble; - Jewish quarter; - Chor-Minor madrasa; Free time for shopping 19:00 - Dinner in a local restaurant with folk and national dress shows. Overnight at the hotel in Bukhara.
Day 6: Bukhara, Uzbekistan to Samarkand, Uzbekistan
Day-6: Bukhara - Samarkand In the morning visit the Summer residence of Bukhara Emir - Sitorai Mokhi Khosa located in the east of Bukhara. Then transfer to Samarkand. Upon arrival to Samarkand check-in the hotel. 13:00 - Lunch in a local restaurant. After lunch start the short city tour and visit the following places: - Guri Emir Mausoleum; - Registan square - Ulughbek, Sherdor and Tillakori madrasas; - Bibi Khanum mosque; - Siyab bazaar; 19:00 - Dinner in a local restaurant with wine degustation. Overnight at the hotel in Samarkand.
Day 7: Samarkand, Uzbekistan to Tashkent, Uzbekistan
Day-7: Samarkand -Tashkent by an evening train In the morning continue the sightseeing tour in Samarkand. Visit: - Shakhi Zinda necropolis; - Afrosiab museum and hill; - Ulughbek observatory; - Konigil silk paper factory; Optional 13:00 - Lunch in a local house with plov masterclass. After lunch free time for shopping and rest. Then transfer to the railway station at 16:30 to take the bullet train to Tashkent at 17:32. Upon arrival to Tashkent, you will be met by our driver and taken to the hotel. 20:00 - Dinner on your own.
Day 8: Tashkent, Uzbekistan to Islam Karimov Tashkent International Airport, Tashkent, Uzbekistan
Day-8: Tashkent - Home city departure. On this final day, we usually do not offer any long activities to avoid being late for the airport. However, if your flight is in the late evening, we could organize a day trip to Tashkent region's Chimgan mountains to do some hiking and enjoy nature. It takes about 6-8 hours to do the tour. Return to Tashkent in the evening around 18:00. Transfer to Tashkent international airport to take your flights. End of our services. We wish you a safe flight.
