Guba Khinalig Day Tour

Day 1: Icherisheher, Baku, Azerbaijan to Quba, Azerbaijan

1. Explore the Candy Mountains of Azerbaijan during our trip. It's a true masterpiece of nature that is worth seeing when visiting Azerbaijan. The colors of the mountains shimmer in shades of red, terracotta, and gold. 2. Gachrash forest is a pretty, all-green, with cool air true escape from urban stress and rush. It is the favorite place of nature lovers. From here a magnificent view of the Shahdag and Bazarduzu mountains opens and looks like a stone's throw. Wide green and colorful fields are followed by the forest. Nearby you can see some small bakeries making “qutabs”, traditional Azerbaijani street food 3. Beautiful canyons and mountain scenery 4. Khinalig village is the highest leaving point of Azerbaijan. Located on top of the peak it is almost an eagle nest. The clouds are mostly floating at its foothills. The people of Khinalig are a special separate nation having their own language and customs. The village is a museum under the open sky, nearly 5000 years old. It is on the list of candidates for inclusion in the UNESCO World Heritage List.
