Day-by-day itinerary
Day 1: Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan
Arrival in Bishkek in the early morning. Welcome by our guide and transfer to the hotel for a time of rest. After breakfast, we begin our first walk to discover the capital of Kyrgyzstan with our guide. Bishkek is a green city with many parks and gardens. It is also a cultural capital that we discover, with operas, Kyrgyz and Russian theatres, circuses and philharmonic orchestras, not to mention the Bazaar of Och. Day 2: Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan to Tez-Tor summer Pasture
In the morning after breakfast drive to Isakeev village in Kochkor region. Our horseman will be waiting for us with horses. We start our 3h horse riding to Tez-Tor summer pasture. As we reach there, accommodation in the yurts, little rest and 1h walking around to admire the nature, animals and nomadic life. Diner and night in yurts. Day 3: Tez-Tor Summer Pasture to Kol'ukok, Kyrgyzstan
This day will be dedicated to the visit of the Alpine lakes. Visit Köl-Ükök Lake (3200m) and Köl-Tör (3500). Picnic in the middle of nature. It is wonderful to relax, discover the fauna and flora of altitude, live with nomads. Overnight in a yurt. Day 4: Tez-Tor summer Pasture to Kochkor, Kyrgyzstan
Quiet morning. After breakfast, riding back to Isakeev. We will have lunch in a Dungan family. The dungans are a people who live in Kyrgyzstan, Southern Kazakhstan and China, with more than 10 million Chinese-speaking "huizu" Muslims. The dungans are descendants of the "huizu", some of whom, like many Uighurs, emigrated to the territory of the Russian Empire in the 1870s after the defeat of the anti-Chinese dungan uprising in northwestern China. Day 5: Kochkor, Kyrgyzstan to Kashka-Suu summer pasture
Early departure in the Tolok Valley, the starting point of our second horseback riding towards the magnificent Song Kul Lake. We ride to the Kashka Suu Pass to discover the nomadic life. Overnight under tents. Accommodation: tent (altitude 3000 m) Horse riding : 2 h Elevation: +500 m Transfer: 2h
Day 6: Kashka Suu summer pasture to Song-Kul, Kyrgyzstan
Finally, the panorama on the Song Kul and its turquoise waters is revealed. Located at an altitude of 3000 meters, the lake with turquoise waters surrounded by vast steppe expanses is one of the most striking places in Kyrgyzstan. Surrounded by rich pastures known as the best in the country by semi-nomadic herders who come here in large numbers to set up their yurts for the entire summer season. Arrival at the lake. Walks in the afternoon to soak up the places, go to meet families crossed on the way, and enjoy the falling lights. Overnight under the yurt. Day 7: Song-Kul, Kyrgyzstan
Day at Song-Köl Lake, dedicated to horse ride around the lake, all together. In this dream location, the water of the lake with edelweiss-lined shores and the reliefs all around allow us to take a little height... Dinner and overnight under the yurt. Day 8: Song-Kul, Kyrgyzstan to Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan
Departure for Bishkek. We drive all morning in the direction of the capital. Free afternoon to stroll in the vibrant atmosphere of Osh Bazaar, ideal place to make the last purchases before the return or to enjoy a few last visits. Farewell dinner with your team.
