About Ulan
Ulan and Alina, a young Kyrgyz couple, are newly married and have both graduated in economics and management from the Kyrgyz National University. In constant contact with expatriates and French and English speaking tourists, they quickly discovered that traditional tourism is both a blessing and a curse; it sustains entire populations, amazes others, but negatively impacts the environment. With this in mind, the couple, in love with nature and human sharing, naturally decided to open their own tourism agency whose ambition is to promote sustainable tourism in Kyrgyzstan. The two young entrepreneurs are not embarking on an unknown journey; they already have seven years of experience in tourism and know the country like the back of their hand. Their wish and objective is to help travellers discover the diversity of Kyrgyzstan's landscapes, culture and traditions. And why not, to make their customers more aware of this! Alina and Ulan speak fluent Russian, French and English.
