Day-by-day itinerary
Day 1: Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan to Chong-Kemin National Park, Kyrgyzstan
Bishkek – Chong Kemin National Park (Kegeti + Burana Tower): Pick you up from your hotel and drive to Kegeti Gorge, where we will have a hike to Kol Tor lake. Beautiful sceneries (1,5 hour driving 2-3h hiking to the lake and back is 1-3h depending on speed) and continue driving to Burana Tower from Kegeti. Visit Burana Tower (from 11th century). Arrive in Guest House, very hospitable and great chef with. Dinner and overnight in Guest House.
Day 2: Chon-Kemin, Kyrgyzstan to Karakol, Kyrgyzstan
Chon Kemin - Karakol: After breakfast we will drive to Karakol by the northern show of Yssyk Kul lake, hike to Koncerchek canyons in Boom gorge and continue to Karakol. Arrive in Karakol and check in hotel. Dinner at restaurant and overnight in Hotel.
Day 3: Karakol, Kyrgyzstan to Altyn-Arashan, Altynarasan, Kyrgyzstan
Karakol – Altyn Arashan (hiking): After breakfast we will transfer 20km and start hiking to Altyn Arashan. 14km hike along the river, arrive in Altyn Arashan, check in yurt camp or Guest House to stay warm. Walking, takinghot spring bath and enjoy the nature. Dinner and overnight in Altyn Arashan.
Day 4: Altyn-Arashan, Altynarasan, Kyrgyzstan to Ala-Kul, Kyrgyzstan
Ala Kul trek or Horseback riding: After breakfast, take the horses to got to Ala Kul pass. Depending on weather and trail condition! About 3 hours horse ride and hike up to the pass 30-50mins. And hike back or ride the horses back to Altyn Arashan. Dinner and overnight at the same place.
Day 5: Altyn-Arashan, Altynarasan, Kyrgyzstan to Jyrgalan, Kyrgyzstan
Altyn Arashan – Karakol - Jyrgalan: After breakfast hike down to Karakol and drive to Jyrgalan Valley. Lunch in Karakol, arrive in Jyrgalan Check in Guest House or Yurt camp. Dinner and overnight with locals.
Day 6: Jyrgalan, Kyrgyzstan
Jyrgalan trek: Depending on weather trek.
Day 7: Jyrgalan, Kyrgyzstan to Enilchek, Kyrgyzstan
Jyrgalan to Enilcheck Sary Jaz: After breakfast drive to Sary Jaz Valley via Chon Ashuu pass at alt 3820m above sea level. Visit Enilcheck town and visit Kara Tash hot springs to enjoy swimming. Dinner and overnight in guesthouse in Enilchek town.
Day 8: Enilchek, Kyrgyzstan to Karakol, Kyrgyzstan
Enilchek – Karakol: Morning breakfast and few hours in Enilchek and head back to Karakol. Dinner at restaurant and overnight in hotel.
Day 9: Karakol, Kyrgyzstan to Kochkor, Kyrgyzstan
Karakol – Kochkor by South Shore of Yssyk Kul lake: Eagle Hunting Show, folklore show: Today is exploring day of south hidden gems. We will visit Barskoon waterfalls, Jeto Oguz (Seven Bulls) red rock cliffs, fairytale canyons and meeting with Eagle men for the demonstrations of Eagle Hunting. Arrive in Kochkor and check in Guest House. Visit Souvenir shop and watch Folklore show. Dinner and overnight in Guest House.
Day 10: Kochkor, Kyrgyzstan to Song Kol Lake, Kyrgyzstan
Kochkor – Song Kol: This is a place where you can experience 4 seasons even in summer) Morning breakfast in guesthouse and drive to Song Kol lake via Kalmak Ashuu pass at alt 3400m above sea level. Beautiful view and hundreds of animals (sheep, cows, yaks, horses). Arrive in Yurt camp. Lunch in a yurt and walking to enjoy the beauty. Dinner and overnight in yurt camp.
Day 11: Song-Kul, Kyrgyzstan
Day at Song Kol: Free Day at Song Kol, horse riding, hiking or just relaxing by enjoying the nature. Depending on weather/
Day 12: Song-Kul, Kyrgyzstan to Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan
Song Kol – Bishkek: After breakfast we will drive back to Bishkek, Lunch on the way and arrive in Bishkek, check in hotel, take hot shower and dinner at restaurant. Overnight in hotel.
