Day 1: Osh, Kyrgyzstan to Murghab, Tajikistan
Distance: ~420 km (8–10 hours) Highlights: Sary-Tash: Enjoy panoramic views of the Alay Mountains and Pik Lenin (7,134m). Border Crossing: Enter Tajikistan via the Kyzyl-Art Pass (4,280m). Ak-Baital Pass: Cross the highest pass of the Pamir Highway (4,655m). Murghab Town: Explore the small, high-altitude town surrounded by stark, stunning landscapes.
Day 2: Murghab, Tajikistan to Zong hot springs, Zoogvand, Tajikistan
Distance: ~300 km (8–9 hours) Highlights: Alichur Valley: Scenic landscapes and traditional yurt camps. Khargush Pass: Drive through rugged terrain to reach the Wakhan Corridor. Wakhan Valley: Stay in a guesthouse, experience local culture, and enjoy views of the Panj River and the Hindu Kush.
Day 3: Zong hot springs, Zoogvand, Tajikistan to Khorog, Tajikistan
Distance: ~240 km (7–8 hours) Highlights: Historic Forts: Visit Yamchun Fortress and enjoy views of the valley. Bibi Fatima Hot Springs: Relax in these natural mineral springs.
