About this tour
I meet you at the airport or at the border of a neighboring state. I accompany you as a guide and driver together with my wife. I help organize a tour, I will be useful in finding the best places to stay and eat. I ride around all the beautiful regions, conduct treks in the mountains and city tours in the cities. With me you will see the real life of the Kyrgyz and feel their way of life and culture.
Day-by-day itinerary
Day 1: Manas International Airport, Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan to Ala Archa National Park, Бишкек, Kyrgyzstan
We will pick up your from airport Manas (border Korday) go to Ala archa national park is 40 min from Bishkek city. On the way visit ethno Cafe Navat where you can taste national and delicious food, hear national music by instrument komuz and see the traditional dress of kyrgyz people. Then go to the national park and see beautiful nature with high trees and mountains. You have good chance to walk and relax on fresh air near the big river and sleep in comfortable small houses or hotels between fairytale mountains and see the early sunrise with cup of hot coffee.
Day 2: Ala Archa National Park, Бишкек, Kyrgyzstan to Chon-Kemin, Kyrgyzstan
Will start from Ala Archa park and go to Chon Kemin gorge. By the way will visit Tokmok city and Burana tower which is located near the old ruined city and historical museum, also in Tokmok city we can meet Dungan people and taste their national cuisine which is completely different from Kyrgyz national food and see their simple life of local people, after city will continue way to the Chon Kemin and see on the way mixing two big water of Ortotokoy reservoir and Chon Kemin river, finally we reach valley and relax after long trip, sleep in guest house near the mountains and trees and eat simple food of local people in the gorge.
Day 3: Chon-Kemin, Kyrgyzstan to Kochkor, Kyrgyzstan
Start from Chon Kemin valley and go to the village Kochkor. We will visit Ortotokoy water reservoir which is incredibly big and beautiful then eat lunch in village and taste local food, after lunch will visit village Chon Tuz where we can see Ara kol lake and Burning water (try to burn with lights, but can't drink because of gas and very salty) after go to Salt cave (health resort against asthma) walking in Salt cave finally go go the dinner to the local house and see the hospitality of Kyrgyz people and see the old muddy houses and big cattle in every houses.
Day 4: Kochkor, Kyrgyzstan to Song-Kul, Kyrgyzstan
Son kol is very famous and big lake, you will enjoy with view lake and sleep in yurts near the lake. It will be good chance to see real nomad life of Kyrgyz people, walking near the lake and riding on horses, join to traditional games and see their cooking traditions, national houses yurts , to see in which way they are warming rooms in yurta and enjoy dark sky with millions stars.
Day 5: Song-Kul, Kyrgyzstan to Bokonbayevo, Kyrgyzstan
Bokonbaevo is the small and interesting village on the South side of Issyk kul lake. This day we can visit Skazka canyon, do awesome pics near the famous Issyk kul lake and swim, then go to Barskoon valley which is beautiful gorge like in a Fairytale and walk to the waterfalls of Bowl Manas finally reach Karakol city and visit ethno Cafe in centre and see the quiet life of local people in small but popular tourists city.
Day 6: Karakol, Kyrgyzstan to Alakul' Lager', Altynarasan, Kyrgyzstan
After sleeping very well in comfortable hotel in Karakol need reach Ak Suu village for starting way to famous Arashan gorge then Ala kol lake. If you want extreme and adrenaline will take Soviet military car and drive by bumping road and reach beautiful Arashan gorge then take horses and reach Ala kol lake after extremely high pass and come back to Arashan and use hot springs and relax after long hiking and eat delicious food in yurta, after coming back by special car eat dinner in my house and see my hospitality.
Day 7: Karakol, Kyrgyzstan to Cholpon Ata, Kyrgyzstan
Long way from Karakol to the next city but you will not tired because by the way we will visit Zheti Oguz gorge and Broken Heart rock and do incredible pics near the red rock and big river. After lunch it is high time to visit 2 valleys named by Gregorievka and Semenovka are very beautiful nature with high mountains and Christmas trees, then near the lake steamboat, eat local food and sleep in cottages near the lake and enjoy with millions stars on the sky in midnight and meet sunrise.
Day 8: Cholpon Ata, Kyrgyzstan to Manas International Airport, Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan
The final day of trip. Interesting way to Bishkek by Boom valley. Will be good chance to see more historical places, open-air museum and petroglyphs which is playing key role in our history. Eat lunch in famous Boom valley where is eating a lot local drivers. Finally reach city Bishkek and see the real life of local people in crowded and big city and do interesting city tour and see all famous sights in Bishkek and the most important part is visit popular Osh bazar and finish day with dropping brilliant people in the aiport.
