This type of salamander lives in only one place on the planet.
Ranodon is a monotypic genus of salamanders in the family Hynobiidae. It currently contains only one species, the Central Asian salamander (Ranodon sibiricus).
You will have the opportunity to look for it in the mountains of Kazakhstan.

After meeting with the guide. Departure towards the city of Taldykorgan. Along the way, you will have the opportunity to enjoy the scenery and view of the Kapchagay reservoir. Upon arrival in Taldykorgan, visit the museum. After lunch. Departure to a village near the mountains. Dinner. Here we will spend the night.
After breakfast, we go to the mountains, to the habitats of the frogtooth. You will have the opportunity to enjoy the scenery of the mountains and river. This salamander is found at altitudes of 1450–2500 m at the upper limit of forest vegetation. Night in a tent. Lunch and dinner on the go
Continuation of the photo hunt. Then, drive towards the Altyn Emel National Park. Overnight in a guest house or hotel in the park village
After breakfast, departure to the singing dune. 45 km of off-road in one direction and 45 km of off-road in the opposite direction. Walk by the dune or on the dune. If we are lucky, we will see wild donkeys and goitered gazelles. Return to the village. Lunch in the village or on the way. Return to Almaty.
