One-day (or half-day) walking tour with a lunch break through the historical center of Almaty. Private walking tour with English speaking guide. Day 1: Almaty to Medeu Skating Rink
Itinerary Morning, Almaty city Pick up from the hotel. Visiting historical center of Almaty city. The 28 Panfilov Guardsmen Park, the Ascension Cathedral, Memorial of Glory, Kazakh Museum of Folk Musical Instruments. All these destinations mark the main milestones of the city of Almaty: from the Tsarist Russian Empire through the history of the USSR and up to modern history. Transfer to the famous Green Bazar. The famous Green Bazar is an example of an old eastern city market, the color of which has been preserved to this day. Transfer to the city center for lunch with a Kazakh family and getting to know them. A short ethnographic and gastronomic excursion into the past. Afternoon, transfer to Medeu Scating Rink Transfer to the upper mountain part of the city. A good opportunity to see the mountain part of the city, part of nature, feel the famous Tien Shan mountains. A short walk near the famous skating rink. Transfer to a lower level, but still the upper part of the city to the no less famous TV tower and panoramic view of Kok Tobe - Blue Hill. Full panorama of the central part of the city, provided the weather is clear. A short measured walk and enjoyment of the view of the city. Transfer lower to the city to the hotel. End of the tour.
