Spent the day with Hakim in Hergla and it was one of the highlights of my time in Tunisia. Arij and her team show you the side of the town most visitors walk straight past: the old fishermen's alleys, the halfa grass weaving Hergla is known for, and the Roman ruins sitting right at the edge of the sea. Knowledgeable, warm, and clearly in love with their region. If you want to understand a place rather than just pass through it, this is the kind of host you want. Highly recommended.
