Traveling as a family on a 5 day trip around Izzky-kul, one cannot ask for a better guide than Nadya. Planning to cover as much as possible without adequate knowledge of the local conditions, we were insisting to go to numerous challenging places (climbing up Altyn Arashan and wanting to stay in a yurt or trying to go Song-kul....all when the weather was too cold for it). Yet, Nadya was not one to say no. She will make her best attempt to accommodate to our wishes and make us as comfortable as possible. As each day passes, we realize that following her advice was best...and she took care of us way beyond our expectations. In each place we go, she will find the best possible deals, bargain hard to get the best price for each experience we wanted to explore or places to dine or stay. As a guide, she is incredibly knowledgeable about the places. As weather and energy levels meant plans have to change from time to time, she was always able to come up with good alternatives. She also has such a good read on people, stepping up when she saw the need, stepping back when she accurately feels that she should give space. The 5 day trip with her and most pleasantly joined by Musa her amiable husband as the driver of the very comfortable 4WD, it was like traveling with good friends who understand and take care of you. That even started before our trip was supposed to begin. My wife needed urgent medical attention and they arranged and sent us to an excellent clinic and doctor, accompanying us in case language would be an issue. What a good start. It was also highly interesting to hear about their lives, how they live and work, how they raise their children, what challenges they face throughout the upheavals of independence from Soviet Union, the changes of government. It gave us a good picture into not just the sights of Kyrgyzstan, but also a bit into the lives of a Kyrgyz. Look no further, go with Nadya.

We had a day-before request for a driver to help us tour around Bishkek for the morning/day and get dropped off at the Kazakhstan (Korday) border in the afternoon. Nadezhda was super responsive and arranged a driver for us. The driver (Moussa) arrived early with the vehicle described, and his conduct felt safe, professional, and friendly. Both Nadezhda and Moussa were prompt and communicative via WhatsApp throughout the trip, which made everything easy. The only minor issue was Moussa's English language skills were fairly limited, but he spoke Russian, so the Russian speaking member of our group was able to converse with him more easily. Overall, we really appreciated that everything went smoothly on our last-minute request, and for a very reasonable price!

We organized a 4-day tour of South Kyrgyzstan with Nadya, covering Kel-Suu, Naryn, Kok-Moynok Canyon, Kyzart, Kochkor. She helped us arrange everything from accommodation and transportation to the permits, as well as the LOI required for the visa process. Everything was well organized, and Nadya made the whole trip very smooth and stress-free for us. Our driver was also very helpful and spoke English, which made the journey even more enjoyable. We had a lot of fun traveling with him and really enjoyed the whole experience. It was a wonderful way to explore this beautiful part of Kyrgyzstan. Nadya helped us plan our week in Kyrgyzstan, and she was absolutely amazing from start to finish! During the planning phase, she was incredibly positive, helpful, and flexible. She worked closely with us to create the perfect itinerary, and she was actually the one who told us about the World Nomad Games and helped us structure our entire trip around them. She paired us up with our driver/guide, Aibek, who was fantastic and spoke great English. He made us feel completely safe on the roads, was super funny, and was just an absolute joy to travel with. Nadya’s support during the trip itself was invaluable, especially when things got difficult around the opening ceremony of the World Nomad Games in Bishkek. Nadya was always available and would give us helpful information to make sure we got through it. She was just as essential later on when she helped us coordinate the logistics to continue our journey into Kazakhstan. Nadezhda works with a group of drivers and coordinates trip. I came up with my own itinerary and have her review to make sure it was reasonable. My driver ended up to be Abdula, her brother. The whole process was smooth and Abdula was a thoughtful and courteous driver who delivered us safely to and from various destinations. Abdula has the reasonable English skill for a driver. I would highly recommend Nadezahda and Abdula.

We had two separate parts of the trip, each with a different driver arranged by Nadya. Nadya was very helpful throughout the preparation phase with her suggestions and review of our itinerary. During the trip, she also made sure to check in to ensure that everything was going well. Both drivers were superb! They don't speak much English so it would be better to download the translation app to work offline beforehand which would also be very useful in the mountains where there is limited connection. Throughout the trip, we were made to feel safe and comfortable in the car. They were very kind to help us pay for toilets on the road when we didn't have small change or QR code payment. They were also flexible when we made some changes to our routes. I'm really glad I chose Nadya's team for this trip! Of course, do bear in mind that you are hiring a driver with Nadya as guidance in planning your trip so don't expect your driver to be a guide or fully fluent in English. We wouldn't hesitate to book with Nadya again and would definitely recommend you to book a driver with Nadya!

Nadya was an amazing tour operator and gave us the privilage to be guided by Abdullah. He was with us for 7 days in both Kyrgyzstan and Kazhakstan, showed us around and taught us new things. He is very ambitious and makes sure that you get the experience that you want and can change upon request (we went through other routes through Kazhakstan to our destionation instead of the main route and it was spectacular!). It was a real adventure that we will never forget! Nadya also made sure to book accomodations and food (3x a day) to an additional price and it made the trip so much smoother. In addition, other activities, such as Nomad games, Eagle Hunting and paragliding couod be booked through Nadya too. Prices were very fair for the service provided and the best I found here on IndyGuides. If you ever visit Central Asia, make sure to have Nadya as your tour operator, you won’t regret it! I would highly recommend booking a tour with Nadya. Nadya was very prompt in communicating with us. She paid attention to details when organising the itinerary and adjusted it as per our requests. Very flexible on changing a plan to fit your needs. One driver proposed by Nadya was very talkative and very interesting in conversation, interested to make you feel special but another one more quiet and just following a plan.

Nadya organized us a 7-day tour of the Pamirs. We were given two drivers. The first driver Jomart drove us two days before Khorog. Then we drove to Osh with Kushbai. Both drivers were very friendly, careful in driving on the difficult roads of the Pamirs and tried their best to help along the way. My wife had a birthday on the way and Kushbai made her a very beautiful national gift. It was very touching and pleasant. Nadya was regularly interested in the course of our trip and it was obvious that she was not indifferent to what was happening to us. Thanks to this team, our journey through the Pamirs was magnificent and unforgettable. Many thanks to Nadya, Jomart and Kushbai for their care and professionalism! I recommend Nadya as a reliable tourist manager in this area.

1- We are a family of 3 who couldn’t have been luckier to have chosen Nadya and her team for our adventure in Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan. We had the chance to spend a good amount of time with all 3 (Nadya, Kanibek and Moussa), and they were all professional, super nice, funny and knew the job very well. We felt safe being under their care, because the road isn’t so easy, and sometimes we came across other tour operators who’s cars had broken down and listening to horrific stories of those tourists... BUT Nadya’s team drove very well, it was clear they knew the road. As for the car, it was very nice and comfortable and luxury. We had a lot of room and could easily support the occasional long drives. Nadya stayed with us for a good part of the trip and she was so nice and sweet, always paying attention to our needs, supper attentive, kind and also full of knowledge about the facts of each region. They were also very supportive of our requests to make unplanned stops at any momywe wanted to take pictures, or take a different route if we felt we wanted to do so. As for seeing the country, I feel like we have a good understanding of the 2 countries, it’s nature, it’s people and their way of life, thanks to Nadya, Kanibek and Mousa.
