Phuntsho.

We visited Bhutan as a family with our two children aged six and nine. I wrote to quite a few tour operators in Bhutan and Kinley quickly provided the response that we liked best. Follow up communication was outstanding and we booked a 3 day tour including Paro and Thimpu. Payment & Visas etc were straightforward; we booked directly with DrukAir easily enough although they were happy to do this if preferred. We were welcomed at the airport by our lovely guide Nidup and driver Karma and what followed was as amazing 3 days. The luxury van was super comfortable for us and the driving was slow and safe. We genuinely felt Kinley had got us the best hotels available and nothing was too much trouble. We met Kinley for dinner and she had gifts for our children and we had a very nice evening together in Thimpu. We returned to Paro for sightseeing and then a day climbing to the Tiger's Nest Monastery which was incredible. The children got horses and LOVED it - our guide and driver walked with us and miraculously stopped our 6 year old moaning about the climb by looking after her. Nidup was very knowledgeable and patient - nothing was a problem and we were very flexible in terms of timing; no rushing at all. We would thoroughly recommend him and when we return to Bhutan one day will see them again. Thank you so much!!

Phuntso as the travel agency owner was such a great host!! She met with us on our first night in Bhutan and treated us to an authentic Bhutanese dinner! Her staff Nidup and Dawa met us at the airport and we instantly love them! They were both so polite and yet funny! Nidup who was the tour guide is very knowledgeable and very relaxing to be around with! Dawa who drive us around was a gentle driver with a sense of humor! Should we go back to Bhutan! Will sure use them again!! Note: Kinley met and treated us for dinner again on our last night in Bhutan with her husband and have us taste their special Bhutan whiskey and even have small Present for us!! Indeed a very personal Tour guide!!!! Love love love them!!
