I reached out to Sergey for an excursion to Turkmenistan. I had felt very overwhelmed by the process of applying for visas and make all the necessary preparations for travel there and Sergey was incredibly helpful in a very speedy fashion regarding answering all my questions in great detail and helping me better prepare myself that I would have nothing to worry about. Everything was extremely organized and very professionally written out and it made not only my preparations easy and carefree but also made my time in Turkmenistan most enjoyable as well. I had amazing guides and drivers who were very knowledgeable and professional and made sure that I was achieving the experience of a lifetime! I will certainly be back soon for more adventure!!

Hi everyone! I am Mark from the Netherlands. I traveled to Kyrgyzstan with the help of an experienced provider ‚Sergey. My tour was just wonderful! I will never forget care and attention that I received in Kyrgyzstan. Being in the mountains almost all of my time I enjoyed the views of stunning lakes, rivers and valleys. During April & May 2018 I ran a 34-day tour through Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan & Kyrgyzstan. All the ground operations & guiding was arranged through Sergey in Uzbekistan. Ati, the owner/manager of the Indy Guide was instrumental in organising Sergey to provide our land services. Throughout the 12 months of planning & preparation for our tour both Indy Guide & Sergey were superb. They maintained prompt & clear communications & supplied ready answers to my multitude of questions. Our itinerary was complex & involved 5 border crossings on land. Sergey facilitated these arrangements flawlessly. Each Customs & Immigration crossing went smoothly & without delays. Each time we entered another country we were met by a new tour guide & drivers. Each guide was outstanding. All were extremely well versed in the history, culture & geography of their country. In addition, they all related to our tour group in a first-class way. They instinctively understood the interests & character of our group & were able to converse in an easy & pleasing manner. Our tour group was delighted with each guide. Well into our trip in 2018 I wrote to Sergey & Ati to tell you how happy we were with the arrangements. I said: "Everything has run like clockwork. Tashkent was excellent, Kiva beautiful, Kunya Urgench very interesting, Ashgabat astounding, Bukhara fabulous & Samarkand simply breathtaking. We are now on the road on our way to Dushanbe. The mountain scenery this morning has been beautiful & is showing signs of becoming spectacular. We are delighted & have been at every turn. Better still, your choice of guides has been excellent. Ulugbek was an inspired choice. He has a delightful personality & his ready smile & good humour immediately endeared him to the entire group. He was enthusiastic & his knowledge peerless. He is a wanting encyclopedia! Murad in Turkmenistan was also excellent. We only had him for 3 days, but we were very happy with his services. He too, knows his subject matter exceptionally well & provided us with great information & service. We arrived in Tajikistan yesterday & are very happy with our vehicles, our drivers & our guide Bobo. Tonight, we went to dinner with Bobo, his boss Khudoguy & our drivers Monu & Hicmat. Both the latter are wonderful & safe drivers & lovely people. We are delighted with all 3 people. Sergey, thank you for your work & careful planning, we are really most appreciative”. The rest of our lengthy tour was just as satisfying as when I wrote the above words. This is high praise & not something I give lightly. I hold a master`s degree in leadership & management outdoors & have taught & worked in this area for some 35 years. In addition, I have been running extensive tours to travel destinations all over the world for the past 26 years. During that time, I have worked with a multitude of tour operators & guides. I can honestly say that there is not a single aspect of the planning, management or guiding of our tour arranged by Sergey that I can fault in any way. Everything went well. Very professional. Good car. Good communication and easy to work with.

We rented a 2005 4Runner from Sergey in August/September 2019 and overall it was a very good experience. Communication with him was good throughout the planning process as well as during the trip. The car was in pretty good shape, came with a roof rack and a variety of useful supplies, some of which are likely standard, others we specifically requested. During our the trip the car performed very well and there were no mechanical issues whatsoever. We had only one flat tire, which we replaced easily ourselves using the required tools that were included. The car inspection process, both at the beginning and end of our trip, was thorough but straightforward, and we had no problem getting our cash deposit back. The only reminder I would give to potential renters – from any provider - is to leave any western car-rental expectations behind, as the car you get may be rough around the edges and/or have a lot of miles on it– but that doesn’t mean it’s not in great condition. I would definitely rent from Sergey again!

Perfect car : well maintained, no flaws whatsoever, very convenient to drive, clean, perfect for Kirghizstan ! Sergey is a very nice guy, reliable & friendly.

I am sorry for not writing the review any earlier - there were and are some troubles within my family so it was and is not so easy to find time. Everything went absolutely great! I would like to thank Sergey for all his help - he helped us planning the trip but also while travelling. I can highly recommend Sergey and would definitely make any reservations with him again. It is a very interesting and varied country

We rented one of Sergey`s car (Toyota 4 Runner) for our Pamir roundtrip from Bishkek to Tajikistan (14 days). Sergey is a nice, reliable and customer-oriented person. The person was in a very good shape and came with a camping table and chairs. We absolutely recommend Sergey`s services.
